I received my radar renegade tires pretty fast from priority tire. Tires were reasonably priced and had them mounted already. So far I'm impressed with these tires which I've never heard of before. Tires look aggressive but ride really nice and are quiet going down the road. Haven't put much miles on them yet but I'm sure they will do really good.
I received 1 bad tire out of 4! All I wanted was to exchange it! This has been the worst experience I've ever had with anything! And after a week I still don't no what priority tire is doing! I have sent at least 12 pics 20 emails and they don't answer back useuly till the next day wanting more pictures or documents from the tire shop on a tire that want balance! And on top of the I can't drive my truck! Yall are sorry!
I wanted to know when I can except the tires for delivery and there no way to know when just that is going to be delivered by fed ex
The only issue I had is not being able to find a time on shipping. After searching forever I finally found where it says up to 6 business days. Should make that easier.
I like the interface to find the tire I want but the payment experience should have some type of bill that shows me exactly what I'm getting for my money before submitting a payment.
I've been trying to order these same tires since February they were 193.68$ then and you couldn't seem to get them through PayPal to me ! I still have the email u sent back to me at that price ! It appears it finally went through this time ! Well see!
Little hard to find what size i needed at a fair price but overall good experience with ordering my last 2 tires..and also THESE 2 ..
Wasn't horrible I didn't like the fact I had to argue with the customer service. But it got taken care of accordingly.
working site through pay pal was not easy. Got stuck on screen that needed more info but that was not sure whether card had already been charged or not.
Fast delivery but tires came strapped together. Not packaged in a box. All distorted and twisted up.
They will be mounted when the weather gets better in Tulsa. Hopefully no issues.

Tires were as they showed in pic all flat and twisted. Side walls all push in. Tire will not even air up to set on rim. Now will have to pay to have them mounted on rim. Should have paid extra and got tires some were else.
Pretty good but higher on my wifes tires i need 185 60r 15 under 70.00 each csll if you have and i place another order thank you
It went good, I dont know much about tires and never had to buy them but I hope they fit my 2013 Buick lacrosse.
When I received my original order 3 of the four tires I bought were in perfect condition. I decided to call customer service in order to replace the damaged tire. It took a while on the phone but they eventually answered. After speaking with a customer service rep, the guidence they provide were simple and easy enough. I was asked to send pictures of the damaged tire and management will review and follow up. I called on a a Monday and on the Friday that week no one had contacted me yet. I decided to call on that Friday, the agent I spoke to told me the same thing as the agent on Monday. I then requested a manager and no one was available. After about 20 mins the customer service agent called me back and told me that a manager told her to take care of me. She processed and replacement tire and I received it the next day. They ended up taking care of me.
I gave all categories 3 star so far but if item is delivered within 3 days I'll absolutely up the grades to 5 and most definitely order again
I liked the cart reminder but I've tried fo3 consecutive days to reach a live person with a question to no avail even after I left msgs.
Only wish you could split transaction between two cards I only need .04 cents but had to change way of payment
I tried to contact you by phone and stayed on hold for 14 minutes before I hung up in frustration. I wanted to buy a tire online and pick it up at your Grand Prairie location. Check out did not give me a will call option. I need the tire today.
Tried to place the order by phone. Waited for approximately 20 minutes and was unable to talk to a human.
It was super easy to order, but when I ordered product ran out and then when restocked the price dropped by $15. How is that possible. Should at least offer a refund of the difference.
Thank you for your review! As we are third seller party our prices constantly fluctuate based on the prices of our suppliers. Additionally, as per the terms of sale, you agreed to the purchase price shown at checkout so we are unable to retroactively issue a refund for the current price difference. Thank you for your understanding.
Tried calling with the phone number listed on your website and nobody answered. I waited nearly an hour on hold. Not happy about that, but, we will see how it goes with the rest of the process and will give better rating if all goes well.
I really struggled with ordering this time. 30 minutes hold time then disconnected and another 30 minutes wait. Then computer issues I guess. But the previous 5 times were so perfect I'll give Priority another chance next time I need tires. Delivery timing was amazingly fast. 3 days before I expected them. Great selection.

We appreciate both your criticism and your kind words, we can advise that we're doing our best to reach everyone in a timely manner despite a sharp increase of incoming communication! Rest assured that we're diligently working to improve both the website and our phone services, as we're taking steps to adjust and make the necessary changes in our software and approach.
First time with you all so bare with me. A little pricey but i couldnt talk to a live person at the other place 200.00 cheaper
I was given a coupon to use towards my order for $5 off but the system would not allow me to use it...There was no stipulations applied to use coupon
So far I am happy with ease of find what I was looking for and price is great. Hope that shipping is quick and accurate. The last question is hard to answer at this time.
I wouldn't recommend this site because I haven't finished my purchase. I haven't received my tire yet. I don't know if I will buy again because I haven't received my tire.
too soon to know if I would buy from you again - but I will say, when a payment is declined it would be nice to know why - I finally figured out I had an error in my zip code....
Priority Tire is an online tire distributor. Our company deals with the sale and distribution of new
Tires available for a versatile range of vehicles. We offer online purchases with free FedEx
Delivery, and local pick-ups where available at our warehouses.
Priority Tire offers a wide range of tires available for sale. Our main focus was the distribution of
Passenger vehicle, SUV and light truck tires initially. However, our product line-up was
Expanded to include tires for trailers, ATVs, golf carts, racing and motorcycle, commercial,
Industrial, and farm vehicles. The broader range of tire types ensures that we are able to
Successfully meet the needs of our customers.
Priority Tire was established in 2004 as VYC Tires. The company was formed in 2018as the
Sister-company of VYC Tires, in order to deal with the sale of new tires. The Priority Tire
Website was launched on March 8th 2018.
In order to ensure exceptional service in all of the 48 contiguous states, our company has opened
Three main warehouses to improve the delivery. The warehouses are located in Allentown, PA,
Jacksonville, FL and Grand Prairie, TX, with the Allentown warehouse functioning as our
Headquarters.
Our Allentown, PA warehouse was the first to be opened under VYC Tires in 2016. After that, in
Order to upgrade our delivery process to the West coast, we have established a warehouse in
Grand Prairie in 2018. Our newest warehouse is the Jacksonville, FL one, which was opened in
2019. Furthermore, we operate a few smaller warehouses to provide the best service available to
Our customers.
We can confirm that we do not send out tires in boxes or similar packaging; naturally we do understand the pros and cons of this approach, but in our 20+ year operating history, this approach has not caused any notable issues with tire quality or safety!
With that said, we're always keeping track of new developments and issues alike; some Bias tires indeed are a bit more susceptible to their form being negatively affected due to this shipping method. If you can, do give us more information about your specific case so that it may be documented to help better our quality control and allow for improvements in the long term! Likewise if you do encounter issues with the tires themselves you can and should contact us!
