I received my radar renegade tires pretty fast from priority tire. Tires were reasonably priced and had them mounted already. So far I'm impressed with these tires which I've never heard of before. Tires look aggressive but ride really nice and are quiet going down the road. Haven't put much miles on them yet but I'm sure they will do really good.

I received 1 bad tire out of 4! All I wanted was to exchange it! This has been the worst experience I've ever had with anything! And after a week I still don't no what priority tire is doing! I have sent at least 12 pics 20 emails and they don't answer back useuly till the next day wanting more pictures or documents from the tire shop on a tire that want balance! And on top of the I can't drive my truck! Yall are sorry!

Your site provides the ability to make a purchase of via pay pal. I have gotten multiple error messages trying to utilize this payment feature. So I had to forfeit the mice purchaser protection just so I can make a purchase to your website. This is seriously frouned upon. The tires arrived at PEP boys, per your online scheduling, your listed appointment time was wrong by one hour! When I got there, they told me that they don't have equipment to place my tires on my 2021 Model S! This was a big inconvenience since I arranged to take the day off to leave my car there to have new tires installed, tried contacting your customer service number and it just kept ringing for over two minutes and nobody picked up! I had to arrange the trunk of my car so that I could take the four tires to a shop that could install these tires not the one you recommended! As I stated above, I was going to have you transfer them to another shop, but nobody picked up on your customer service number so I took matters into my own hands and had to lug them to a Tesla certified tire installer shop. This should've been your responsibility since I did it online and you should interview the shops that you're referring people to to make sure that they're able to handle the job

I ordered 2 new tires for my Taurus from Priority Tire. I wanted some made in the USA so I ordered 2 Dunlop with a good traction rating. Order process went well & delivery went well. I got the tires & they were made in 2017. The ones I took off were only 5 years old & had cracks on them. If I would have bought them from a local tire store I could have stopped the purchase but I'm stuck with old / new tires now.

The tire had clearly been stored under tremendous weight for a very long time. It was so deformed that even after hours of trying every trick on youtube, leaving it by the fire to warm for hours, etc I could not get the new tire to inflate. I had to bring it to a professional with a huge compressor and a T bar. Next time if I can't be confident that DIY is possible beginning to end, I'll leave it to the pros from the beginning.

I bought 2 tires which were delivered to the wrong address. I called customer service after getting the notification of delivery, but they were not very helpful. They insisted that they could see a photo of the delivery which was a randomn door and that I needed to prove that I did not get the tires. Luckily someone from the apartment where the delivery was made came to my apartment and asked if I had a delivery of tires. This was a very frustrating experience that I think could have been handled differently. Fedex and priority tire should be held accountable for this negative experience.

Namely, FedEx is officially stating that they did deliver this to you completely as advertised, even supplying a delivery photo. In such cases we are more than ready to assist our customer, but we do need to get more information about the circumstances so that we can better understand the issue and more efficiently dispute the delivery with FedEx!
We never put the blame on the customer or force them to "prove" themselves, we simply ask them for more information, context about the situation and for any potentially helpful photo, footage or similar documentation.
Obviously we do apologize to you if FedEx did misdeliver the tires, but we do reiterate that we only wanted to help you and figure out a solution!
Finally, we are glad to hear that you did recover the tires successfully and assure you that we will submit this situation through our FedEx contact to help improve quality control.

I ordered 2 tires for my car. But only one tire arrived to my house. I called priority customer support and they said they need to work with Fedex and see if they delivered both tires. I asked if they can just send me another tire while they work it out with fedex but they didn't. I received the other tire a week later with no status updates or calls.

Hadn't used my credit card in a month, ordered from Priority Tire in Pennsylvania and two days later a couple fraudulent charges appear in Philidelphia. That was no fun.
When the tires showed up, they were more than two years old-almost a third of their usable life gone. This was not listed on the site. I tried contacting them, but got no response about it. Don't think I'll do business here again.

Tires were strapped together and smashed and misshapen, making it impossible to bead them on the rim. I am sure the reason the tires were strapped was to save on shipping them. I would have rather paid more for shipping then to have the misshapen tires that I cannot get to bead.

We're not quite sure why or what you mean by that, as we only sell safe and functional tires that were never mounted, used or modified. If you think that there is something wrong with the tires you can and should contact us, but tires being 2 years old is not an actual issue or concern since they're completely untouched and were kept in pristine condition! Remember, tires do not have an expiration date and can be used until they break down and wear out!

I am a beleiver in priority tire and that they are the best online tire company I have used. This last purchase however the tire arived with some defects from the manufacture. I was sent a return label and told as soon as the tire was shipped I was to contact them so they could ship me out a new tire being that it was a manufacture defect and not a problem with ordering or shipping. I am still waiting for the replacement tire to be shipped after a week has gone by that I notified that the bad tire had shipped out. I am hoping it will ship soon and am sure there was just a mix up.

This was the first time I used you all. I only recieved one tracking number for my split order coming from two locations. I called, left VW for days with no response. Online the website stated my order was complete but I only recieved two of the four tires. I was finally able to chat with someone after being on hold for 30 minutes(not to mention the other times I called) and found out the would be shipping from another location and recieved the tracking information. Lastly, one time I called toward the end of one day, was on hold for over 20 minutes and then was hung up on once the business hours ended without the option of leaving a message. Pretty poor way to treat a customer... If the proper tracking information would have been provided upon shipment, I wouldn't have neeeded to call and given you high marks on the whole process.

Priority Tire was established in 2004 as VYC Tires. The company was formed in 2018as the
Sister-company of VYC Tires, in order to deal with the sale of new tires. The Priority Tire
Website was launched on March 8th 2018.
In order to ensure exceptional service in all of the 48 contiguous states, our company has opened
Three main warehouses to improve the delivery. The warehouses are located in Allentown, PA,
Jacksonville, FL and Grand Prairie, TX, with the Allentown warehouse functioning as our
Headquarters.
Our Allentown, PA warehouse was the first to be opened under VYC Tires in 2016. After that, in
Order to upgrade our delivery process to the West coast, we have established a warehouse in
