I received the box of form booklets within 3 weeks of submiting my custom order. Design shop was awesome, extremely helpful in capturing my specific requirements on the form!
Order approved Mar 21st. Today is April 8th. Company stated will ship sometime next week (Monday is the 11th). Was not given this information on delayed production until paid in full. Would have used a different company. Poor business practice!
I purchased water heater stickers with company logo and they sent me a mini size and when I called the lady said I could purchase the standard size extra. I will never purchase from them again

I thought the less meant less cost. It didnt, it meant less quality and poor service after their poor results.
I sent in my design and only needed them to make minor changes. Dour times I sent in a pdf with changes and four times they sent back the originals with no changes. Finally, I got through and they sent it back for approval. My bad in that I was already frustrated and didn't scrutinize the changes. I thought that they were professional printers and if something was obviously wrong, they would contact me to make further changes. Obviously I was wrong. GIGO is the process. When I contacted them with the errors, my first email back stated I approved it so unless you want to pay for it again your stuck with it. The second reply from them stated they would fix it at a reduced rate.
I am moving on to a professional printer who I can count on to do professional work.

Custom forms printing
I ordered custom envelopes on 2/7. My account was charged immediately and 2 weeks later i realized the envelopes never arrived. I called them and they said there were going to resend the proof which i never received. Another day went by and still no proof. I asked them to expedite the order and shipping on their dime as I am without envelopes and it's been two weeks. They said they couldn't eat the cost of the shipping. It's too bad that they couldn't make it right as I am a returning customer. Very disappointed.
The invoices were supposed to be numbered. The proof showed they should be numbered. I had to call and reorder.
I ordered some additional work order forms and uploaded our logo with it. When they sent the proofs for me to approve it states that the proofs are sent in a grayscale(black & white) Then it goes on to talk about how color may not be 100% match to what I've uploaded. With all that said I did not think my final product would be in black & white. They do give the option for black or blue ink which anyone would think that would be just for the wording not the entire page. They should have been more forthcoming with saying the logo will be in black & white. I am very disappointed and will not reorder from them.
