Kelsey Schwartz in customer service was incredibly helpful and responsive re: a quick turnaround order with limited budget. Appreciated the willingness to not simply have RUSH order fees for small windows if things are workable on your end. Will definitely return to printglobe for future orders.

In spite of their website guarantee of a 100% customer satisfaction refund, they refused to cancel my order and refund me completely after I did not approve the proof they provided - which is within my rights to do. Instead, they insisted on charging me a $45 fee for artwork which I provided! This is not a reputable printing company!

I think your website could use some improvements. It's not the most user friendly however, any time I call or email Carissa she is amazingly helpful and I always get an immediate response. Even when she was out of the office some other lovely person got back with me very quickly.

I was very happy with the quality of the product and the speed of its delivery. The quantity was off (low by roughly 20 coasters) but they account for the "10% over or under" in their terms & conditions. I have yet to be credited for the shortage. PrintGlobe will also tack on an additional $10 of "design time" during which they make sure your artwork is up to snuff regardless of the quality of work you send them. This additional charge won't be made clear to you until after you have already paid for your order. I believe this step to be in poor taste. The initial "flight check / design time" charge should be included in the up-front price, not tacked on after the order has been received by them. That way the customer won't feel nickel & dime-ed by PrintGlobe. The account manager assigned to me, Susan, was very helpful in explaining these things to me. Setting aside these minor issue, again, I was very happy with the quality of product/printing and the timing of delivery. Thank you, PrintGlobe. The coasters will be a welcomed addition to the event and I will be sure to come back to you in the future.

My customer service rep was fantastic. She was extremely helpful, friendly and thorough. The print results however were horrible. The colors were inconsistent and the print job itself was terrible. The printing on the mugs in particular was horrible. After spending nearly $10k I am truly disappointed.

Everything would have been 5 star if not for an order having a mistake on it. I contacted customer service and let them know the problem. After a little back and forth it was recognized to have not been my fault on proofing and a production error. Tatum recognized this and promptly sent me the corrected items with no charge. I really appreciated the personalized customer service. When it was time to reorder we used Print Globe and Tatum again and everything was perfect.

I was uncomfortable providing my payment and address information without first seeing at least a general proof of what I was ordering and how it would look (since I provided my own picture and print), but Customer Service assured me all would be ok and I wouldn't be charged unless I approved the proof. found shipping costs were very high but was helped to lower that . My order could fit in a 8x11 envelope. Even $14 was steep. Why not put in a large envelope and send it USPS?
