Kelsey Schwartz in customer service was incredibly helpful and responsive re: a quick turnaround order with limited budget. Appreciated the willingness to not simply have RUSH order fees for small windows if things are workable on your end. Will definitely return to printglobe for future orders.
In spite of their website guarantee of a 100% customer satisfaction refund, they refused to cancel my order and refund me completely after I did not approve the proof they provided - which is within my rights to do. Instead, they insisted on charging me a $45 fee for artwork which I provided! This is not a reputable printing company!
I asked a pretty simple question - what art file types do you take - they had to pass me on to an Account Manager. Your online people should know the basics
I don't like the fact I have to pay a shipping fee. I've never had to pay a shipping fee from Discountmugs and other sites
I am not satisfied that the text materials is going to look like I want it. Given the format of the fan, I should have been able to set up the way I want to see the text. Right now the text is just one big paragraph. Hope it looks like I visualized it when you send me a draft.
My only regret is that some other sites have a tool where you can see your logo on the product before checking out. Your prices are great and access to help great, but that one bit might lure me elsewhere.
Love your prices, great reviews! I wish I could view products easier, more images, enlarge images, more detailed information on products.
Not sure what the look of my custom cup will be? I would have like there to be a way to see the layout with my logo.
Was OK but the web site was a bit hard to navigate. Additionally I was offered a coupon code for $50 off if I ordered today; however, when I used the code it said it was invalid. Very disappointing :-(
I needed to call customer service in order to find the coaster I needed. Your customer service is great and helped a great deal.
website is only ok to negotiate & you should be accepting PayPal as a form of payment.
I find the cost of your samples incredulous! I took a chance and it turned out OK but was NOT comfortable placing a $770+ order for our non profit without a sample but it also wasn't acceptable for me to pay the ASTRONOMICAL Shipping cost for a silicone luggage tag that you could have stuck in the mail for $1!!!! Shame on YOU ALL!!!
After finding the product I wanted with the capability to print our design, I placed the order, only for my design to be changed repeatedly and for silly reasons such as our colors are 'too dark' or our font was 'too small' according to whomever's aesthetic preference at PrintGlobe. My design was created in house by our own graphic designer. It took a lot of back and forth for my order to get printed and even still, what we received is not what we requested and different from the proof we approved (the font is way too large). We were also given the option of CMYK (which is what we submitted) or PMS colors only to later be told that we can only use PMS colors then charged an additional fee for those colors. It was an unnecessarily frustrating experience and I did not appreciate the amount of editorializing that occurred regarding our design.
Initial pricing is attractive, however once you add S&H and sales tax it looks less interesting, i.e. it adds over 25 % to the initial order. This is my first order with you and I don't know how large 1,000 coaster orders come out to. At $30.00+ that must be quite bulky since I ship guitars with UPS priority for $28.00 throughout the U.S.
I ordered the color changing straws - and I was not impressed with the product I received. The print was blurry and the product quality was very low. It felt like a McDonald's disposable straw verses the reusable straw I had in mind. I did appreciate the quick response when ordering - however the end product was very disappointing.
I did a live chat with Chip, who at the time seemed to be very helpful. I was in need of an invoice and he told me he had emailed it to the email address on file, which I did not receive. I got back on a live chat and got Jim and explained that Chip sent it and he came back with he will send it shortly and ended the chat.
So I opened a chat again 3 days later an got Chip who immediately sent me to Jim who came across as being short and curt as if I was bothering him. I explained that I needed an invoice to reconcile my credit card statement and as I see it gave me the run around. Finally, he sent me an invoice.
Shipping rates were not good, wouldn't adjust when I removed an order from the cart. Continued to charge for a higher rate, very frustrating.
The product was okay. For some reason the shipping is absolutely OUTRAGEOUS. If shipping weren't so expensive, we may consider ordering more from you. We are now in an age where most companies offer free shipping. It is definitely not $18+ to order from anyone else.
