Kelsey Schwartz in customer service was incredibly helpful and responsive re: a quick turnaround order with limited budget. Appreciated the willingness to not simply have RUSH order fees for small windows if things are workable on your end. Will definitely return to printglobe for future orders.
In spite of their website guarantee of a 100% customer satisfaction refund, they refused to cancel my order and refund me completely after I did not approve the proof they provided - which is within my rights to do. Instead, they insisted on charging me a $45 fee for artwork which I provided! This is not a reputable printing company!
Unfortunately, the item we purchased does not open and close completely without extra effort. Disappointed.
I have been very dissatisfied with my purchase. First, I was not given a proof until I emailed to follow up on my order nearly 2 weeks after I was promised my proof. Then, they found out the factory no longer carries the mug I ordered. Thankfully my customer service representative found an alternative at no additional charge. Unfortunately, at this point my in-hand date was pushed back by several weeks. When one package finally arrived the print quality was terrible. I am lucky that I have had such a helpful customer service representative in this terrible experience.
I was emailing back and forth with your customer service and was told your company could ship to my address, however when I input the mailing and credit card billing address the option under State didn't list Armed Forces Pacific (AP). I input my zip code and selected CA for state. Now I have no idea if my order will process or not.
The coasters we ordered were fine. Not great quality. The issues I had was with the timing and shipping. They were not upfront with how long it would take to produce and ship and did not meet the deadline I had. They were also slow to send the shipping confirmation - I actually had to ask for it.
Printglobe emailed me a $20 off coupon but the rep didn't take the $20 off of our order even though I put the code into the order. The sales rep was not helpful and despite telling me she would check with accounting, we have not received the promotional credit. I will be hesitant to use Printglobe in the future.
