Timeframe from placing order to delivery is no where close to estimate. Recent order placed 11/8/23, received email 11/12/23 saying "adding a touch of magic to your order", and no additional update. Estimated delivery cannot be obtained. Another order placed in October 2023 took more than 35 days to receive my delivery, which is disappointing since each Photobook costs about $12 for shipping and delivery. Business is difficult to get on the phone and is apologetic about their customer service.

After researching the best place to order holiday cards, I settled on printerpix. After I created my card and went to check out, I was hit with a shipping cost of $34.99! I attempted to reach out to customer service three times and received NO response. Very unprofessional in addition to a rip off of shipping charges!

I got a groupon around Christmas time for a $4 photo puzzle. I saw that it took long for delivery so made sure to order in time for valentines day, a photo puzzle of me and my boyfriend. Shipping was $10. I received it roughly a month after ordering and also after inquiring where it was. Once received it came partially assembled on a flimsy cardboard backing in a shipping bag. It had a black and white tiny photo on the bag of what the photo was suppose to look like. I had no indication from the company that the photo I had uploaded was not of sufficient quality. The photo on the puzzle was fuzzy, pixelated and void of shadow and detail. I was very unhappy with the quality but of course before taking a photo I disassembled the rest of it convincing myself it was not that bad. Getting angry again and wishing I took a photo before disassembling I tried to assemble the puzzle but the quality is so poor (most pieces are the same color) that I have not had the time or motivation to finish it! I requested a refund or reprint a week ago with no response from the company. I have since went to Shutterfly with the same picture and called them to make sure the quality was okay. They assured me it was fine. Waiting to receive that now. Only ordered yesterday but my order is already on the way.

Website was difficult to navigate on my Mac using Firefox. Tried Safari, but didn't have any better luck. It was not clear how to add text to my photo or to edit once the photo was in my cart.

My "plush" blanket will serve to no more purpose than a wall hanging. Seriously disappointed. The main part od the "blanket" looks great but it is paper thin. Not plush at all.

My merchandise I ordered was of good quality and in the end I was very happy with the product I ordered. I had 2 photo canvases made for my husband for his birthday which ended up being a Father's Day gift because my order came a month after expected. I became suspicious of a scam when my order of a couple canvas photos never came I was getting nervous and so I tried to find away to track order and couldn't I tried to contact customer service that was pretty much non existent. That's when I started reading reviews and it seamed like just about all the reviews were angry unsatisfied customers saying they never received orders or they were no useable items or customer service didn't exist. I was honestly thinking that I was scammed. After paying for items through Groupon you do end up in addition paying a very high shipping fee for each item I ordered multiple groupons but had to pay $20 shipping for each item which they were canvas photos they were very light weight and when I finally received my order a month later then when it was expected both photos were shipped in the same box yet I payed a total of $40 for 2 photos. Why? Well it don't really matter in the end I eventually received my order and was very happy with the quality of the canvas photos. I wouldn't order through this company again because there was so many bad reviews with photos posted showing evidence of terrible products and with the customer service being non existent there would be no way to get resolved except through email which they don't reply with what you wanna hear. So if you should have a problem with your order it's not worth the headache because you can just use one of the many companies available with good reviews online shipping and existing customer service.

Whoever bought Collage.com should have learned how they did their work. They were 10,000% spot on with all the items we b
Bought from them. Images were always clear and the colors were true. After the first delivery, we never had to wonder about the subsequent orders. We knew they would be incredible. Snd they always always were. Collage.com never disappointed.

Do, yesterday we received our first order from Printerpix.com. We are so very disappointed with the quality of the material and the printed images that we will not be going back for a 2nd order. The colors are dull and darkened and not clear at all. I would advise anyone who is looking to create a photo blanket of memories, do not use Printerpix.com. I will attach photos of what I submitted and what came on the blanket. It's night and day by comparison. I hate to say this, but... order at your own risk. If this is the best they can do, it's not good enough.
The 1st image shows what I submitted. My camera is 108 mpx's.
The remaining images are what came on the blanket. You decide.

Tip for consumers:
Why not check the finished product against the photos that were submitted? That should be enough to make it blatantly clear that their processes won't stand up to scrutiny. 90% of my submitted photos were taken by me with a 108mpx camera. No reason why they came out so bad on this blanket. I want Collage.com back.

Blankets. We'll use them, but they are terribly disappointing.

DONT EXPECT TO GET YOUR PRODUCT ON TIME OR ANYTIME SOON, EVEN AFTER U PAY FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING. Have low expectations with delivery, its been 10 days since its been shipped out and every day my tracking updates to a new delivery date

I ordered a book for a friend, and not only did it take weeks for them to send it, they sent the WRONG book. The recipient and I are still trying to get this sorted out. I won't be doing business with them again. I had originally ordered 10 copies of the book, and they did a good job on that, which is why I'm giving them two stars. But sending the wrong book and having it take so long to remove is irresponsible.

Will never use this company again. Purchased deal through Groupon. In fine print it discloses S&H fees from the PrinterPix website. I purchased the deal at said advertised posted rates and when I redeemed my voucher, I was charged above posted rates. Spent wasted time expecting this issue to be corrected with PrinterPix customer service agent and a manager. They came up with many excuses for the higher S&H fee's (that are listed) but did not honor the rates that are posted to the Groupon deal. The worst customer service ever!

So I ordered 4 blankets for Christmas, I found a groupon and decided to go for it. For one shipping was $30! On top of what I paid for the groupon. It arrived a MONTH LATE! The pictures are poor quality. The Blankets are thin and small. You cannot get ahold of anyone through customer service. Took a week to get an automated response through email. They also don't give you tracking info so you have to trust that is actually was sent out. This company is a joke. Go to Collage.com. I ordered pillowcases the same time as I did the blankets (another groupon) and the people were so kind, the product was beautiful! And it was sent timely with low cost shipping. DONT SHOP PRINTERPIX! Garbage company.

I ordered my product on December 21th. It didn't ship until January 4th. It didnt arrive until January 21st... and they charged like $40 for shipping + a fuel surcharge?

The groupon voucher did not work even after I called in to get help. I then was asked to pay for shipping/handling through PayPal which I did immediately. Then, I had to call back and ask for the item to be shipped. Since they are only open 6 am-6 pm eastern time M-F, it was difficult to find a time to call them. I don't think they were ready for the influx of groupon customers. However, the customer service was very good! Every time I called (which was 3 times!) I had great customer service, especially Mark. I am now waiting an estimated 18 days for the product- here's hoping it will be right!

Update: After Printerpix saw my review, I got a call from a lovely man who apologised for the terrible service I had received. He immediately refunded me, and said there would be an investigation into it. I hope that was true. I was very pleased with the outcome. Shows the power of reviews!

First, the order arrived on time and in good shape, and I am extremely pleased with it.
My problem is with the customer service, which is practically nonexistent!
When I had finished around 15 hours of making my photobook, I went to place my order. On the basket page it said 'Today Only,' in red letters,'Order an extra copy for £1'. I had been debating whether to get an extra copy so I excitedly added a copy. However it simply doubled the price. I thought it must take it off at checkout, so proceeded. It didn't. And as it was a Sunday at about 9pm I couldn't ring anyone to sort it out. But I thought if I don't place the order today I won't get the deal. So I paid the full amount and immediately sent an email explaining the situation, stupidly thinking that such a big company would happily sort out what was obviously a problem on their end. I was very wrong!
I got a response to my email that didn't at all address the issue. I replied, just to be ignored. I sent another email 2 days later asking why I had not had a response. I got an email from the original operative telling me to go and place another order to get today's offer! I replied, just to be ignored again.
Then I tried calling. A man told me he would have to look into it and would ring me back, he didn't. I called again and there was no record to show that I had even called the first time! I spoke to a lady who kept telling me that there was nothing they could do. I explained that if they didn't honour the offer then it was a con. She promised me that a manager would ring me back that day. Apparently there was no manager on the floor, and there is no complaints department. I asked for the contact details of the GM, or CEO, as it's a 'family firm' according to the website, but she wasn't allowed to give me that!
Anyway, we are now at gone 3pm the next day and guess what? I haven't had a call.
I'm seriously considering emailing Trading Standards. How can they have offers on their website, then don't honour them when their computer messes up? It's not on.
I was seriously looking at the next thing to order from them, but I think I should go elsewhere!

I had a problem with my puzzle order so I emailed them and did not receive a response relating to my email. I wanted to cancel the order but to no avail. I was very disappointed with the puzzle I received. The quality was very poor to say the least. I ordered from another company (Collage) and was extremely happy with the puzzle I received. You could hardly see the puzzle lines on the picture. I do not recommend PrinterPix at all!

Super poor quality images, customer service no help. I've ordered other prints with them before with success but don't bother with ornaments, coupon was a waste, I'm out 35$ for images that are unusable.

Although the pillowcases are nice and soft and very cute, I was very disappointed in the $30 handling fee for 8 pillowcases in an envelope bag to be shipped. They also said it would be delivered by Friday so after 10 days of when it got to DHL, it was finally delivered late on Monday evening after my daughters birthday happened. Maybe there is some disappointment to this review as but what tipped it over is that the customer service rep that I spoke too was very rude and unhelpful. I was trying to find out if it might of been a DHL error since it sat for 6 days before being shipped and he just kept saying I got it earlier than the 15 days... BUT they said it was to be delivered on Friday when I purchased everything! So, I just think for $30 extra dollars on top of what you pay for the Groupon, the shipping should be faster than 10 days as well as the accuracy of the delivery date that Printerpix tells you... Anyway, if you have 2 weeks to wait, plus pay more than norm for shipping, the product was cute...

I order 5 magic mugs and one latte mug on deck 18th. The 5 magic mugs arrive on January 5th, yet they are all chipped. One was even cracked. Theagicugs I ordered a year ago were great. However theugs I got this time don't even have the coating outside like what I got from last year. The quality is not comparable. My latte mug is still being prepared for production. Can't get the customer service to respond me.

We were so excited when we received our book today, I added 50 pages so ended up spending a lot. The book we received had many captions cut off and/ or was crooked. Names aren't complete nor sentencing. Really upset as it took me a long time to put it all together and it's a mess!. Unable to get anyone to make this right. The photos weren't bad but the rest is awful. I won't use them again. Obviously no proof reading or checking was done before printing. Be warned! Tried to add photos but I couldn't make them small enough. It wouldn't take them in full

Boy, I should have read a few of these before going with Printerpix. Bought a voucher for their black Friday sale for calendars and prints. Somehow that voucher was lost in the shuffle and they did not find it anymore. I ordered kitchen calendars 10 days prior to christmas and after contacting them they expedited them and I received them in time. Thats a +. What was shocking-0the paper quality, too thin and printed on both sides so really flimpsy. They also were bent as not supported with a card board and I end up not giving them as gifts as not quality. Not again for sure.

It's been two weeks waiting for a reply from Printerpix customer service. Received my photo on canvas and it was centered on the canvas but not expanded to the edges. NOT even close to what I thought I ordered. Reached out twice, but no answer from the company. The finished product looks so ridiculous, I would have hoped someone would have questioned it and contacted me. Nope. Wasted money, as far as I'm concerned. This is the second time I was dissatisfied with Printerpix. Last order took over a month for a 11X10 canvas print. I should have known better. My advice: find another company to work with.
