My experience with Printerpix support/ customer service staff via email is the best of any company I've encountered. Either you hire the right people or train them well or both. Had an issue with an order which was messed up and ended up with me having to pay extra for a second set of - already exorbitant - postage. When the missing calendars arrived they all had holes punched at the bottom. Despite a reassurance in a reply to my trustpilot negative review that all would be resolved if I emailed their resolutions department, All my mails have been ignored and I am £6.99 out of pocket and with calendars with holes in them. I have absolutely no trust in their guarantees of quality and service. Next year we will try a different supplier so it is their loss in the long run.
After a bit of to-ing and fro-ing with various members of the team, I just needed some help. Everyone I had spoken to were lovely, but my queries weren't quite answered. Then I spoke to Vincenzo, who was understanding of the situation, courteous and above all, did what he said he was going to do. I haven't received the photo books yet, but very happy with the customer service. Thank you.
Used the online chat service to establish the status of my order. The chat response was very quick and Kayla was the representative I chatted with. She very quickly updated me on my order and I'm hopeful I'll receive it tomorrow as I've paid for next day delivery and had expected it today.

Dominic Aaron helped with a cancellation. Took a long time even though it was just a voucher which has statutory 7 day cancellation according to their policy. Long wait in queue but understandable given its during black Friday sales. Overall happy that is done.
Had a problem with my calendar which arrived damaged. I emailed customer service but no one got back to me so spoke to Manika via online chat who sorted it all out for me and resent my order. Thank you Manika!
I was very confused initially, with the amount I was going to have to pay for 2 blankets and the packaging, when I had already bought the blankets. I eventually spoke to Vincenzo, who was very helpful and managed to sort the order and the postage when I paid for it on PayPal.
I am hoping the blankets turn up OK, after reading some of the negative feedback on here.
