I have never ordered anything online and got a follow up e-mail to make sure everything was ok until I ordered something from your website. It's tough to find anyone who really cares anymore.
Horrible customer service. They sat on my order, then would not expidite the order. After reading other reviews, I may have been saved a bad toner cartridge.
I received my order in record time and couldn't be happier. I likely don't have to tell you that I paid 1/3 of what I'd pay at Staples and had the print cartridges delivered to my door. Works for me!
Use to be good, now the cartridges don't work half the time and they could care less! Once they have your money, YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN!
If company has not already gone out of business, it should be.
Good prices and service for printer ink - I ordered a really cheap refurbished printer cartridge from these guys, but when I got it, it didn't work. However, I called them and without any fuss, they overnighted me another printer cartridge that worked fine. Overall--good value and excellent service.
The price was good, but hope they can speed up the delivery as i am a impatient person Lol
