Awful experience! After ordering I got a call from a very rude person trying to sell me an upgraded batter for much more than I could buy them elsewhere and used strong are sales tactics, even being argumentative. Order hadn't shipped after 12 days, but I was charged right away. Tried to contact CS, but nobody answers the phone. Tried an email, no luck there either. I called my bank to reverse the charges. Yucky company
Took 10 days to get but i finally got my canon t3i today and loving it
