I've been struggling with motivation, self-esteem, self-worth, and warped self-image for a prolonged period. We just started sessions with my therapist, and I feel much better for now: not so down and not so worthless. My plan consists of text messaging and video calls. We chat with the therapist each day. And we have video calls once a week to sum up all that we discussed during the week. Personally, I believe video is more helpful. It's like a ftf therapy when I see all non-verbal cues, body language, etc. I wish the sessions could last longer to explain & talk about everything, but in general it's ok))
It's my 1st therapy session and the 1st therapy at all. I had to admit that I subscribed but almost canceled due to my worries, constant stress, and just because I have GAD. But the first warm text messages from my therapist persuaded me to open up and continue (particularly, just start) therapy. Man, I'm so proud of myself for making huge steps towards improvement! The covid-19 pandemic turned to be a devastating, damaging time period for my mental health. I've always been a mentally good person, but the end of 2020 became a time to find psychotherapy services. It was something new just for me.
I must state this experience with Primetherapist began enjoyably. Will I resume our therapy periods? Probably no since I see no need in them anymore. But if something disturbs my inner happy self, I'll request one of their therapists once again.

I'll give PrimeTherapist 5 stars for their responsiveness. I think a lot depends on the therapist you get. Mine, the first I was matched with, wasn't quite responsive and engaged with my issues. So I requested to change her – and that made a big difference. The second therapist has a definitely strong psychology background and much experience in my mental health problems (depression & trauma). I'm quite satisfied with her now and the platform in general!
At first, I requested a refund and wanted to cancel my subscription: the matched counselor didn't suit me fully, I needed someone more experienced in my problem. But Primetherapist offered just to change the specialist. I was lucky enough to meet this person! So I decided to stay with them, being impressed by the current specialist and service support.
I give them 5 points for setting my personal objectives together with me, considering all my needs and objectives. Although the therapy via the online, I feel that individual approach and emotional link with a counselor. Probably, I'll stay with them for at least A few months.

The PrimeTherapist altered my mind:) I always believed that those psychotherapies are embarrassing and only for. Advanced cases. But it's far from my belief. I chose to try text therapies since I was reeeally (!) stressed at work and studying. 14 days of texting with a therapist were ongoing! I canceled the subscription as the current emotional state will do.
Generally, I'm satisfied with the service- now I can cope with impulsive negative self-talk. I felt extremely tense because of it. 4/5 ‘cause I wish my plan included more video sessions
In just three sessions, I've seen dramatic progress in my own life and well-being since meeting Primetherapist. They provide such a safe space to talk and her experience on every matter that I'm dealing with is very evident. She has been extremely helpful.
