“Gorgeous Ring - Beautiful Price!”

Pamela L.

It does take about 3 weeks to receive an order but it was completely worth the wait! My ring arrived with all the required documentation and certification. It was in a beautiful box with a light for display and the ring itself is phenomenal! I went with the higher grade diamonds and my ring sparkles and shines amazingly! The pictures can't even do it justice. It's gorgeous. I absolutely love it. I will purchase from PrimeStyle again.

“Poor quality”

My husband bought me an anniversary ring in 2016 it was platinum. The band bent and I sent it back twice. The third time it happened I had it reset into 14k white gold in 2017. In 2019 a diamond fell out I sent it in and paid to have it repaired in 2020 a diamond fell out on the Sam side I sent it in and paid for the repair in December of 2021 the same diamond fell out I sent it in again and paid for the repair I wore it twice and it fell out again this time I sent it in and wasn't charged for the repair they have not put the correct size diamond in so there is a gap between the diamond and the center diamond. I spoke to David and he assures me it was inspected and reinforced but I am afraid to wear it because I am afraid the diamond will fall out again so I have a ring I am afraid to wear.

I have had a very disappointing experience with my ring purchase from PrimeStyle that I would like to share with consumers.
I had ordered a ring and was told that it would be 3-4 days to have it delivered to me. The payment for the ring was taken out of my account that same day that I placed my order, February 4. The ring did not arrive until 8 days later. When the ring did arrive it was extremely flawed with low quality yellow stones, grade K-M and gold which has fractures in many areas creating a number of points where breakage was inevitable. This I was able to see under a simple jewelers loop.
I returned the ring the same day overnight ($ 75) cost incurred by me, shipping with insurance, which PrimeStyle required. I also called and informed them of the reason for the return.
The ring was received back in New York on February 13 and I did not hear from the company until February 20, to verify return and discuss replacement. I ordered a new ring that day, requesting better quality stones H-I and to have one of the sales managers, David, examine the ring prior to shipping.
This entire process took an additional 7 days and additional $ 275 to complete.
The ring was shipped back to me 2 day air (4 days over the weekend) and arrived Monday March 3 in the afternoon, for a total order time of 28 days or 24 days more than what was initially promised and $ 275 in additional incurred costs. Upon receipt of the ring, there is a crack in one of the prongs holding the center stone and two of the side stones have chips, there are two stones that are yellow in color, the additional 12 are white, I paid additional money to have matched H-I color. I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED.
Remember "You get what you pay for". "Buyer Beware"!

Firstly, Primestyle would like apologize for any inconvenience you have endured throughout your purchasing process.

We are a manufacturer; therefore each item is made to order. The making and completion of the item needs to pass multiple inspection points.

Also, we advice our customers that each item takes 3 – 4 business days to be completed and shipped, this time may be extended if it falls during a weekend. Hence, any or all of these points could have been contributing factors for your 8 day delivery.

We are located in New York City and during that week we had severe weather issues the entire nations logistics was affected, aside from it also been our busiest week of the year.

Why did you choose overnight delivery? We know this may be costly to our customers and this also the reason why it is not part of our return policy.
You failed to mention which stone you originally purchased since we also offer K quality stones through our website.

At Primestyle, our customer’s satisfaction is something we take pride in. If you could kindly provide us with your order number to better help you with this issue. We have many return customers and our return rate is a minimum, however mistakes do happen and it’s unfortunate. Once more, we would like to apologize for this inconvenience.

Hello, purchased a beautiful ring but within days I lost 2 little diamonds. Customer service was great and they fixed it. Now within days I lost another one. Now all I think of is how embarrassing it would be to send it back and hope for the money back and buy one somewhere else after everybody has seen my engagement ring and will ask why I exchanged it for another one... because we tried to go cheap and paid the price for it now! Its an embarrassment. Not sure what to do yet. Going to contact Primestyle right away. Would never buy there again.

Eternity band - My new husband had bought an eternity band for a wedding ring on PRIMESTYLE.COM. We got married 12/22/08. Within 3 weeks 2 of the diamonds fell out. Upon contacting the website, we have been given the run around and are very unhappy with the results. We were told the stones were not covered, and they would email us directions on how to return the ring to have the stones replaced. After 4 days we still have not received an email. Also do not feel that we should have to pay to replace anything after only 3 wks of wear. Not happy at all!

My boyfriend let me pick out my wedding set and after reading a lot of reviews I felt it was safe to buy it from primestyle even though I had a few hiccups in changing the shipping address which left me a little weary I went ahead with the purchase. It arrived on date promised. Because it was diamonds, and because of the money spent, I had already planned on taking it to an appraiser to make sure it was the quality I paid for. I was very skeptical that the retails value was the $17,500 stated on the primestyle appraisel. The center. 80 carat was to be G-J in color, it was M and up next to a diamond G-J in color you could see the yellow clear as day. Actual retail value was $1,700. Guess there was a typo in the primestyle appraisel. Needless to say I was right on the phone with them to return the set. I do hope everyone who purchases precious stones on line does go and have a second party look at them. I did not tell the appraiser I took it to where I bought it, nor did he say anything negative, just told me what I did not get what I paid for. I have received my return email from primestyle and have filled out the form via email and returned. I am waiting on my call with further directions to return. I will not purchase another ring from primestyle as I was leary at first and should have gone with my gut feeling that I knew something would end up wrong. If they had gemologist working they would have clearly known the diamond was M and not G and the retail they stated was false. I will not take another chance with them with such a large and important purchase. If you buy jewelry from them, I highly suggest when you get it you take it to a jeweler and have them look at it. Hoping my return will go smoothly, if not, I will be back to write more.

I was surprised by my fiance purchasing my wedding band from this site. I saw the style and he got the ring. It is very pretty but when I tried it on, it was tight. We decided to just increase the size from 7.5 to 7.75 at a local jeweler only to learn we were never shipped the correct size: it was 7.0. Calls placed with message left to Primestyle customer service was not returned. When David was finally spoken to he instisted they quality test all rings and the metal stick being used by the 3 jewelers who sized the ring for us is wrong because the stick "it wears away with use." Is this guy for real? I must say that I had initially sized the ring with 1 jeweler when I first alerted Primestyle to the size problem. The jeweler insisted they should be made to refund the money. Upon speaking finally to David, I offered to bring the ring to a second jeweler before mailing back which David didn't want me to do... my question is why? If he is going to insist that quality testing means my ring cannot be the wrong size then he should be encouraging me to go to as many jewelers as I'd want. I sent a e-mail stating I'd be taking the ring to more jewelers and that Primestyle needs to make arrangements to pick up the ring at their expense. Because David had refuse to pay the cost to return the ring and told me that if we wanted a refund then we had to pay shipping and credit card processing fee, I just shipped it at my cost-just to be done. After I mailed it David did send a e-mail saying if I got it in writing that the size was 7.0, he'd send for the ring but it was too late-I had already mailed it. Although I mailed it back at my expense, no one contacted me about the ring until I called them. When I called almost 1 week after they got the ring back David started asking about a "RMA" number-I wondered if he was kidding since I had spoke with him and he knew that I had the ring sized and it was wrong. While I was on the phone he measured the ring and surprise! It is size 7.0 (I didn't think Zales/Kays/Adam jewelers were wrong). He didn't address refunding me the cost of shipping the ring which was because of their mistake. He stated the ring will be re-sized and returned. I am still awaiting ring arrival back to me.

By the way according to their site altering the purchased item void their lifetime warranty but from what I am reading there will be no one to uphold any kind of lifetime warranty. We upgraded the diamonds on this ring and I am afraid to check the quality-with the clock ticking it would be best to do this sooner than later. If we didn't upgrade, it woudn't matter as much. The authenticity of the appraisal certificate concerns me and from what I am reading it should.

Bottom line is we will not be purchasing another item from Primestyle and I did request refund for the return cost of postage. I don't think this is unreasonable request since they messed up the order-we'll see if David does anything about this. It appears that he deals with quite a few of these situations because he didn't even remember which mishap I was talking about... this it tell-tale sign. Beware!

I know this doesn't matter to Primestyle but this is my wedding band and I wanted only positive memories of my having it. My fiance re-proposed when he gave it to me and all this negativity shouldn't be associated with an item as important as a wedding band. Getting things right and filling orders as submitted shouldn't be at the insistance/expense/inconvenience of the customer.

I purchased a ring and the specifications said G-H which should be white to the naked eye. It had a definite yellow look to it. I had it valued, it was neither the 1ct weight the certificate quoted or the G-H classification stated. The jewellery valuer told me it was. 8 ct and K-L. I would not buy from this site again.
