The item they sent me was a long way short of the listing description.
Sent them Photographic proof that clearly showed the item was not
as described. Sent them a copy of the of the post office receipt for the return
postage ( the tracking info said it had been delivered ). After much wasted time
and emails they still would not refund my return postage costs. Amazon refunded
me eventually , apparently a one off and something they just don't generally do so
they say, which says something about what they think about prime furnishings in
