Could only speak from personal experiance - i placed an order for some Soundmagic pl30 headphones, got them within a week. Customer service is probably the best i've experienced, really friendly and personal, not a robotic, quick answer you get from other companies! Great prices, good products. Only thing i would say is that i wish they added more product images. Hope this helps someone.
I ordered on 12th June for Father's Day on 19th. Present has still not arrived today 23rd. I was swayed by rave reviews about fast service on the site but now feel conned. Emailed on Monday 20th and told it had been sent, they would send another PDQ but 4 days later not received. Wish I'd gone with gut instinct and ordered from John lewis as usual
