the order process was easy. After placing an online order you still have to call and speak to someone to provide more information. I was then talked into paying extra for tracking upon shipment. The order wasn't shipped right away and it was a couple of weeks before I received it. It also took several days for the tracking information to work. Other than that the whole experience was very good and very easy. I would use them again.
I had to call you in order to figure out how to pay by check as the website does not say to select check (not electronic check) and then enter "Use check info on file" for returning customers with an existing account. Also "Prescription Required" is misleading when I am ordering a refill for a prescription on file,
It took much longer to receive the order than I expected. I actually ran out of the medication before I received the refill. The order was apparently processed through Germany.
Our total did NOT include (CHECK5) 5% coupon deduction or the credit we have due us from previous order (Wed, July 17)
