Ordered Cisco VPN 3005. Received a broken unit. Bad RMA service. Do not buy anything from them. Ordered date: July 6,2020. Invoice #*******
They sold us Intel Parts and told us it's genuine parts but our customer came back to us that the parts are counterfeit, our customer is confiscating them. We have given our customer credit for those as a result of the bad position we put them in and that is what we expect from them as well but their RMA service is really bad and they wont refund us. we've lost huge amount of money because of doing business with them.
