The quality of this merchandise is the worst I have ever seen! I tried to return my 4 sweaters purchased ($100.00) and after several emails, over 5 days their satisfied solution was for me to keep the sweaters and donate them to charity because they thought the sweaters were nice, Can't even make this up! I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. This Company located in China and I have no recourse. Please do not purchase, you will be disappointed.

Save yourself some frustration and money by NOT ordering anything from this seller. Clothes are of poor quality and ill fitting. Forget about returning them for a refund, per their return policy you are to contact them for the return shipping address, which they refuse to give, siting reasons that the items have a high likely hood to get lost I transit and they are not responsible for the quality or ill fitting clothes as their clothes are not made to fit everybody (direct quote). Save your money and time, I had to go thru PayPal resolution to resolve my issue.

Do not order from this company. I order shirts and sweaters that were XL. The sweaters were huge and did not fit, while the shirts were too small. I emailed the company and they wanted pictures of the packaging that had the size label on them before they would allow a return. I sent it to them and have heard nothing from them in over 2 weeks. Horrible customer services.

All of the sweaters I ordered were too big and left ALOT of lint on EVERYTHING when I washed them. Very poor quality. When I inquired about a return, i was asked to lay the sweaters out and take a picture of them with a tape measure laid across the garment to see if it was the same as the size chart that was listed on their website. Decided to just keep them because I was afraid if I sent them back, there would be no refund or replacement. They don't look like the pictures on the website at all.

I ordered two sweaters totaling $60 on March 3rd and they still haven't shipped. The company will not respond to my emails. Total ripoff. Stay clear of this site. I'd give it 0 stars if I could

First off, took FOREVER to receive package. And received only 1 out of the 3 items I ordered. I've emailed multiple times asking where abouts and no one has let me know what's happening. HORRIBLE.

These clothes are all Chinese knock-offs. Company is based in Singapore, and shipping takes forever. DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT RETURNS! I tried to return several of the sweaters purchased and was told they would give me $8 for them.

Worst company EVER! I ordered 5 sweaters in size small (cheaply made) and they were all way too big! Can't reach them to return. I've sent 5 emails and no response. Do not buy from them! I found NO other way to contact this company.

V neck gray sweater zipper front very cheap quality not at all what the picture shows waited three weeks for the sweater and got it was really cheap. I would not recommend any of their clothing. You can purchase sweaters at the dollar store better than this quality

Extremely disappointed and angry after being excited, and mislead, by a professional FB ad. The sizing charts gave me false reassurance that I would get something that fit.(the Small I received matched the Large measurements) The color descriptions and photos also gave false reassurance. (the "rose red" description and photo turned out to be brick orange!) The 30 days money back guarantee is a flat out lie. They offered me less than 10% of my purchase price as a refund and suggested I donate the items. If they had been willing to provide return shipping and exchange for items that were correct this would be a different review. I'm not going to slam them just because they are in China. I've had good shopping experiences with other businesses based in China.

Took 3 to 4 weeks to get order and have not received all of it yet. Received a cardigan sweater that did not look like what it displayed on site. Received wrong color of a blouse and it was poor quality. Leggings say thick but they are not thick.

Please do not order from this website! All of the comments you read about this company are true! None of my sweaters fit and I did use the sizing chart, the material was terrible and there are no exchanges, they say exchanges are possible but in truth they never take place! Stay away from this website, you are better off buying something at the Dollar Store!

I ordered 8 sweaters for Christmas gifts on 12/11 and to date (12/27) have only received 2 items. When I ask, they just say "sorry, its coming" with no real way to track the dang things! Clicking on the tracking links doesn't bring you to anywhere helpful either. Will likely not make another purchase from here and am telling finds to steer clear.
