I ordered 4 pairs of shoes on Memorial Day and had them in my hands less than a day and a half later... I was really shocked with how quickly they arrived, especially since they shipped from the UK! I did pay the 11.99 for expedited shipping but I still wasnt expecting them so fast! And everything I ordered fit great, will definitely shop with them again!
I returned items 32 days ago. I provided receipts and everything for proof of delivery. I live in Canada so returns are done at your own expense. I had to open a dispute with PayPal and because PLT told me to cancel it as they've received my return and confirmed the amount, I did. Now they're saying they need to further investigate…like what the hell is this? I order these things back in January for a trip. It's now March and I'm going on another one with no refund…,this company is joke. And surly will go bankrupt! Friggin thieves
First, the quality of clothing is not bad. I generally shop designer, but for the sake of giving this place a shot after one of my friends recommended it to me, I almost didn't buy because the prices were so low. This was during their holiday sale, but I knew it was fast fashion because there were so many items. I just think the clothing is much better than I thought it would be for the price.
The clothing runs a bit bigger than I expected. Since this site is based out of the UK, I figured my measurements would be a good guideline oh, but I would say about 40% of my order is way too big. I will have them altered anyway. They do not offer free returns, but when I explained my financial situation, they sent me a label which was really cool of them to do. I placed two orders at about $400, and I did place a third order for only two jumpsuits. I cannot speak highly enough about my interaction with customer service and all the amazing clothes I now have. Because of my long legs oh, I was able to wear tall items, but because of my size, I was able to wear petite sizes. This makes almost all clothing wearable for me except plus size. I also like that they do have an awesome selection of fashionable plus-size clothing. That is difficult to find these days as plus size clothing is generally more expensive, and they give the same low prices equally.
The only con is that they don't exchange clothing. They will give you a refund to repurchase the items, but the clothing I got was way cheaper than their normal prices. So I would not be able to repurchase the items completely. I am not docking a star for this as it is clearly written in the FAQ that they do not have a way to exchange clothing at this time. It was not in the fine print, and it is my mistake for not checking out their policy before I buy. I don't know many people who do that oh, and I would be betting that most people don't, but since it is clear as day on that site, I can't blame PLT for that. I am so happy with my purchases, and I know a seamstress luckily oh, so I will probably get it all the big stuff taken in as I believe it is worth it. I had such a seamless experience with this company.
Also, since shipping was not free, I decided to pay the extra couple dollars for express shipping, and my order came in 2 days. Yes, from the UK. 2 days! Imagine my excitement when I saw those big huge bags in front of my door when I got home. How awesome!
I have ordered a number of clothes from PLT and I've always been happy with the quality and service. I ordered a dress which arrived yesterday but did not have the required belt attached. I messaged them on fb and received an immediate response by Melody who was efficient and v helpful. She informed me that another dress would be sent straight away and I didn't even need to send the original dress back! Outstanding customer service. V happy with this website.

I ordered four items, all fit PERFECTLY! The items looked just as they were advertised on the website. I used a coupon which made my purchase extra special. I placed my order on 8/28 and got it 9/3 using regular delivery. I had a issue with one item. I sent a picture of the issue via twitter to the "Unicorns", GILL immediately handled the situation and made PLT my favorite site for quality garments. DON'T SLEEP ON PLT! ~Jeanella

I placed an order and when I checked the tracking it said that I had been delivered. I had not received the package. I direct messaged them on twitter and their customer service team responded quickly and were able to help me. I had this outfit planned for a specific event and they were able resolve my problem and I am so grateful. I appreciate everything they were able to do for me. I didn't receive half my order or get a notification that my order was being split up, so I contacted customer service and they responded within 24 hrs and were able to provide me with the tracking number for my second parcel. I was introduced to Pretty Little Thing by an ad I saw for their collaboration with my favorite girl group Little Mix and I don't regret it at all! Every single piece I've purchased so far (I'm aiming to get the entire collection) has been gorgeously made, fits me perfectly, and I feel fierce as heck wearing it. 10/10, would recommend!
Just received such amazing help from Emma B. Sent a message late on a Saturday night and received a reply in just a few minutes! As what I was looking for was not in stock Emma then sent me a couple of suggestions similar to what I was looking for which was so helpful and saved me so much time. Makes such a difference getting not just one reply within a few minutes but a full conversation and it not spread out within a few hours. Had bad experiences with other online clothing site and getting a reply, I'll not make the mistake of going anywhere apart from plt.
