I had an issue with a faulty product that was not up to standard. I messaged via Twitter and received an instant reply from Mavie who got straight to the point and said although she couldn't send me out another product, she was happy to provide a refund and said not to worry about sending the item back. The service was amazing and she was very lovely. It was a pleasure to be served by her.

I got great customer service from cat. She quickly credited me a shipping charge when i didnt recieve my item on time. Thank you!

I was unhappy with the quality of the item, and customer service (on Twitter) was lightning fast in resolving the issue, Beth S was very helpful and refunded me the item. This makes me way more comfortable in purchasing from them in the future should anything go wrong again.

After seeing all my friends wesr this brand, i decised to make a purchase. After i made the purchase i noticed that the unit number for my apartment was missing, i reached out to PLT on WhatsApp and to my surprise they answered back pretty fast and was able to solve the problem. Ikra B was amazing and really fast and great response and customer service.

I realised I had ordered two of the same thing, and the girls were able to help me by saying I could either return it when I receive it, or cancel the whole order. I'm a bit annoyed I couldn't just have the extra item removed but they did what they could to help :)

Hey it's Alana! I got the "Brown Snake High Leg Bikini Bottom & Brown Snake Tie Front Bikini Top." I am 5 feet four inches, 120 pounds, and I got a size 6 top and size 4 bottom. The bottoms I could have used a smaller size, and the top fit nicely but may have also used a smaller size.

The one thing I didn't like is that the inside of the suit is white, so if you move at all the white peaks through and the contrast between the white and dark snakeskin pattern is very noticeable which I don't really like. Other than that, the style and cut of the bottoms are very different and are supper flattering, they cover a good amount of you butt, and the top is also very flattering, but the strings only allow you to tie is so tight, you can't pull them as tight as I would like.

Mohammed made no attempt to understand my issue which caused me to be very frustrated, but Jessica took the time to look over my issue and help me out. I thank her so much because I was close to never shopping from this website again.

I had a bit of trouble with my item but I spoke to Umar A in customer service an it was resolved very quickly. I got quick reply's from them. Best customer service I've had!

Had a faulty playsuit and in my first message I specifically asked not for a new one as the occasion has passed. I wasn't listened to, until Umar A had replied and processed a refund straight away and a discount code.

It was my first time ordering from PLT. I returned a bodysuit that was too big on 02/20/18. After a couple of weeks, I noticed that I never got an email saying they received my return and I also never got a refund. I checked their website and it explained that it may take up to 30 days to issue a refund. I waited 30 days and never received a refund, so after I emailed them about 35 days after returning my bodysuit, they replied within 24 hours with an apology and issued my refund. I also ordered a really cute tank top for my 21st Birthday and loved it, but the top ran big, so maybe size down when ordering from this site.

Ordered some clothing nice and easily and used the handy Click + Collect delivery option.

Two out of the four items were lovely, and the other two I sent back for free (due to not suiting me) and got a refund with no issue.
