I ordered 4 pairs of shoes on Memorial Day and had them in my hands less than a day and a half later... I was really shocked with how quickly they arrived, especially since they shipped from the UK! I did pay the 11.99 for expedited shipping but I still wasnt expecting them so fast! And everything I ordered fit great, will definitely shop with them again!

I returned items 32 days ago. I provided receipts and everything for proof of delivery. I live in Canada so returns are done at your own expense. I had to open a dispute with PayPal and because PLT told me to cancel it as they've received my return and confirmed the amount, I did. Now they're saying they need to further investigate…like what the hell is this? I order these things back in January for a trip. It's now March and I'm going on another one with no refund…,this company is joke. And surly will go bankrupt! Friggin thieves

If you are looking for Black Friday deals this is not the place. They increase the prices by 50% then give you 50% off when you checkout so that you buy it for the same price which it originally was. Even if you check the rest of their clothes they are all from 70 dollars upwards during thanksgiving week which was not the case a week or two prior.

There is no email listed.

Almost all links on the returns area are broken.

If you buy then assume that refunds will not happen so its caveat emptor.

It did not look the same in person, and a button was broke. Paid $15 for shipping and had to pay $4 to ship it back for a broken button that was not fault of mind.

I usually have a decent experience with PRETTYLITTLETHINGS until a couple of weeks ago. I ordered 5 dresses and eagerly awaited their arrival. I was sent a message that they had been delivered but came home to zero packages. I began questioning everyone in my house and the unanimously stated no package was delivered. I returned to the website and notice one digit on the address was off; no problem I'll check with my neighbor. Looked for the address 2535 and to my surprise not one house on the block had that address however, there was a large empty lot across the street that is consider that exact address. I asked my neighbors when I saw them if they received a package and None of my neighbors( all older men) had received a package.

When I called FEDXThey gave me the run around and told me to contact PRETTYLITTLTHINGS to have them file a claim. I tried to find a phone number, didn't find one. So I submitted a complaint through Resolver. After telling the story and providing evidence They suggested I look around my property.

I am officially frustrated and irritated! I told them I would rather have the merchandise but if I couldn't then I would take a refund. I still haven't received either not to mention FEDX shouldn't have delivered the package to an address that wasn't on the package!
At the end of the day its PLT responsibility to ensure I receive my merchandise or refund my money. Go after them and file the claim.

Tip for consumers:
Double check your address and read reviews before purchasing.

I had an issue with my return label. The label has addresses printed on it for both USPS and UPS (on the same label), so, I attempted to do a virtual chat, on two separate occasions, with what they call "Madi" and each time was prompted to please be patient until they could connect me with a rep. "No reps available" popped up so I sent emails asking if I use the label and just drop the return into the UPS drop, since it is my preferred carrier. The agent who responded never answered the question, only directed me to the website instructions for returns. These guys suck! There isn't even an option to exchange items for a different size during the return process. The sizing is COMPLETELY off and it does not run small as some are saying they run about one size to large and I base this on orders I've placed for my three nieces who are all different sizes. I've had to return their items due to the items being too large for them even after using PYT's sizing charts.

I purchased Pale Pink Glitter Detail Wrap Midi Dress and Emerald Green Slinky Ruched One Shoulder Longline midi dress. The fabric is poor quality. The dress I received was discounted and originally $69USD and I got it for under $30USD but i expected the higher priced quality. Walmart i think has better quality if that gives you an idea. The dress fabric is hard, tough feeling, and there were snags and uncut threads on the dresses. The full price would probably be worth $15 USD.

The Size isn't right, colour looks different online also very expensive for what it is very disappointing and you have to pay for delivery no matter how much you spend

I do like most of the items I receive but Watch out ordering too many items at once. They don't include all your items. I contact them and they still don't mail all the items they missed or refund me. They claim that they seen the items packaged and delivered on security camera which is either a lie or something weird and fraudulent is happening in their factory. Either my package was lost somewhere during delivery or their employees have a sneaky way of stealing. Also found it weird they do not mail everything at once. Orders come split up… sometimes it's only one item at a time. Will not be ordering from here again!

The photos on the website do not match the item you get. Online the clothes look nice and good quality. Upon arrival, they don't fit the same, are different shades or the color and overall bad quality. So disappointed.

If customer service was better and items that needed to be returned were not something you had to pay for this company would be a lot more desirable. It doesn't make sense that I had to pay $4 to return a $26 dress.

I ordered my items from the 20th of January did not receive them until the 10th of February. If you need items in a hurry don't order.

In a world of online orders, customer service is a huge factor to success.
I wanted to love PLT so much because their online photos are very appealing. Both times I have tried to order from this site, the tracking # literally disappears after a week or so saying "unable to track". You are lucky to receive the order shortly after the estimated date but in most cases their packages get lost in limbo and you won't receive your items for 4+ weeks. The worst part and biggest tragedy is their customer service. H E L L O i am not going to download Facebook or Whatsapp just to find out where the heck my package is. Create an online webform and let us inquire that way, like literally every other online platforms.

Next, is simply the quality. The 50% deals are honestly a disservice. The clothing price points are too high for the quality. Poor seams and stitching. Sizing is all over the place
Looks NOTHING like the beautiful photos online.
Sadly I am sure their returning customers decline due to these factors. And I doubt they are listening to the feedback their consumers give on EVERY review site

I order and green original camo color and a black pair. Nice look pants, when is tried on the black before I could leave the house the zipper popped‍ a week later I wear the green and by the time it's lunch the material has tore sort of shredded next to the inner thigh seam don't know the return policy, quests I'll have to eat the expense and learn from it.

I tried to place an order through the PLT app in December 2022. "Tried" because I tapped place order but it didn't confirm my order nor did it give me any shipping or payment status. This order withdrew 2 payments of the same total from my account! Needless to say it's been more than 4 weeks and I have yet to even receive a pending refund despite emailing them every few days to check in on the status. Each email I'm told to wait a few days for the relevant team member. It is now February 2023.

I've purchased from here once prior to my last purchase and the items were okay just not all that. Then for my most recent order I purchased 2 sweatpants a hoodie and two masks. The sweatpants are keep in mind colored the pink pair totally see through the blue pair see through. Such a thin awful material will probably fall apart with one wear. The hoodie is great on the other hand super thick! Just a totally different color than online which is annoying. I ordered the washed petrol blue hoodie which online is a very bright light blue and in the mail I received a dark grey hoodie. I checked the tags to make sure they sent the correct one and they did so what was posted online was very misleading. Two totally different colors. The mask had a butterfly that was supposed to be centered in the middle but when I received it it was crooked and more toward the chin and slanted weirdly. It's very disappointing especially since I had to wait 2 weeks for my packages and their return policy is tedious. I will probably not purchase anything from here again aside from the hoodies but will have to keep an open mind as to what color I'll get considering it will not be what I ordered.

I ordered a seven things and I really like the dress I got, the shoes, and the long sleeve t, but two of my items had holes in them and I was very disappointed. Also, two of the items I bought were very see through and one of the pairs of joggers I got were as well. Everything I bought was sent the right sizes at least.

I ordered green track pants and when they came they were see through and didn't even fit me. And I don't even get a full refund and I have to pay for shipping! Very dissapointed and won't be shopping there again.

I've purchased quite a bit of items from Prettylittlething (few jeans, few t-shirts, and few jackets, and a hoodie). I've returned the two jackets (which I have yet to find out how that will go - haven't received any confirmation email or anything like that. I've sent the items back 3 days ago). The jackets were extremely poor quality, even the thrift stores have better quality than the ones they sell online. Totally different from how it shows in the pictures. You can tell right away that they were made out of very very cheap material. T-shirts were okay. The hoodies I can get by. Jeans were either a hit or miss. I've ordered all 3 pairs in size 4 - all three pairs fit differently! One of the pairs was extremely tight I cannot wear them at all. The other two fit quite alright. By the way, the one that was too tight (even thought it was the same size as the others) look COMPLETELY DIFFERENT from how it is shown in the picture. Even the colour, the area of ripped part, and everything. At this point I would not even bother returning the jeans (got the items in two separate orders) since it will cost me around $20 CAD to return. Overall, I am fairly disappointed in Prettylittlething. I would not shop here again.

Don't buy if your planning for an event unless it's months ahead. They always say "delivery on x date or sooner". Despite this my package is always far past the latest delivery date every single time. So frustrating when you planned. Overall products look like photos but the materials and fabric are a lot cheaper then they look online. Similar quality to forever 21 but cuter styles
