I ordered my fiance a pair of custom shoes on 5/7/17 I got an email on 5/18/17 stating they are working hard to fulfill my order and they would send me a email in 5-7 business days when they will be shipped it's been over two weeks now and I haven't heard from them I emailed them twice and haven't gotten a response. I'm calling my credit card company and having them cancel my order I would never do business with this company again I see why they have a f rating!

I'd avoid this online store, they don't tell the truth, they won't return emails and the only phone number that they have listed rings busy all the time. I ordered a pair of shoes from them, it took over 8 weeks to get the first pair (which showed up damaged). They said if I mailed them back that they would send me a different pair, that was at the beginning of July.

I ordered a pair of custom converse from prettygirltutus.com and never received the product. I never received a confirmation email for my order or a tracking number. I called multiple times with no answer and left messages with no return call. I sent emails through their site never to hear back. I finally had to dispute the charges with my credit card company in order to get my money back. Stay away from this company.

I ordered my daughter a pair of cubs shoes on June 14th. They said they would ship in 14 to 21 days which should have been fine as my daughters birthday was July 14th. It is now August 8th and they told me they were shipped around July 27th, then later emailed me that they were ready to ship. This company is terrible, I have emailed them every other day for a month with no response. Don't ever order from them. They have my money and I have no shoes, not to mention my daughters dissapointment.

THIS COMPANY HAS AN F RATING FROM THE ATLANTA BBB. My order took much longer than it should have and was the wrong size when I got it. It took another month for them to respond with instructions for exchange. I got the return label, I sent the item back. The email with the label explained my exchange item was ready to go. It's been 2 months and I have had no response to my weekly emails asking about my exchange. They have my money and my item. So, I guess they've stolen $100 from me.

ORDERED CUBS SHOES IN APRIL AND STILL HAVEN'T GOT THEM. THEY TOLD ME TWICE THEY SHIPPED AND SENT TRACKING NUMBERS BUT POST OFFICE NEVER GOT THE PACKAGES FROM THEM. TOLD ME I WOULD GET A PARTIAL REFUND FOR MY TROUBLE AND YOU GUESSED IT WAITING FOR THAT TOO. WIFE'S BIRTHDAY WAS IN MAY NOW IT'S AUGUST AND NO REFUND OR SHOES.

I ordered custom Converse shoes on 5/1. Was told 14-21 business days to ship. Was told they shipped on 6/2. Followed up on 6/14 and was told they would ship that day. They did not. No response to calls or emails. I had to dispute with my credit card company.

I ordered two pair of shoes back on June 8th. I had to reach out to them and they had said they hadn't shipped though they had been marked as such - July 28th. They stated they would ship them out right away - on the 31st they sent a tracking number that has not moved from "pre-shipment label" request on the 31st of July. I reached out to them on August 5th to ask about current status and have not heard anything back. This is an awful way to treat your customers. I would NOT recommend purchasing from them and will also be sure to let my friends on social media know. These were ordered as a birthday present (which I thought would already have been done) that is now just days away... and I need to find something else.
