I spent over $100 on a photo book, it was otherwise really nice, but came damaged. They mailed it with two pieces of cardboard held together with one piece of tape. No kidding it was damaged. When I let them know and sent them photos, the most they could do was offer me a 25% credit and then they blamed the courier. They will not replace the damage product. I didn't spend this much money to get a dented book. Know that if you are ordering from them, their packaging is minimal and if the product is damaged, that's their customer service for you.

I just received an Email back from "presto photo" after a problem I have with photobooks.pro (obviously, same company or affiliated business), their customer service is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!
I have ordered two books 5 days apart from this company.
They BOTH arrived 20 days later at the same day. When I contacted them they won't let you talk to a person everything is done via text and very NOT PERSONAL.
I will never do business with them again. VERY SLOW AND BAD SERVICE!
If your interest is to have substandard photo printing, Presto Photo can surely provide. If you want sub-par customer service, Presto Photo is there to make sure you aren't treated properly. If you want your stellar photographic images to look like trash once printed, well, Presto Photo is ready to deliver their useless "service" and take your money. For anyone else that is seeking even the slightest bit better than Presto Photo your next stop could be to any WalMart, Walgreens, or other non-photographic cheap printer.
I've worked with many print companies quite satisfactorily and thought to give Presto Photo a try as well. What a huge mistake that turned out to be. The quality was horrific. The images they returned were paled, invoked a green hue, and are completely worthless. Contacting the "customer assistance" was even more distasteful as they were basically non-responsive (email every OTHER day), clearly didn't have any knowledge about photography or the printing process, and were not interested in any resolution. After more than a week it has finally become clear that I will have to take up action with my credit card to ensure that I'm properly refunded.
So just a word of warning... DON'T. That's right, don't use Presto Photo. Save yourself the hassle, the grief, and your eyes from having to see the terrible effort they give on your images. These clowns don't deserve to print junk mail fliers let alone photographic prints.

As discussed multiple times, the issue with your order is that you chose the slowest and cheapest possible shipping method and made no mention of a shipping deadline, even though we explicitly request such information during checkout. Additionally, your second book had formatting issues that had to be fixed, else your cover text would have been chopped off.
To review, your orders were placed 2 business days apart (1/31 and 2/4), and shipped 2 business days apart (2/7 and 2/11). They arrived in 6-8 business days, exactly as we state on our site. They arrived on the same day due to sorting efficiencies by USPS because, again, you chose the cheapest and slowest shipping method possible.
Had we been notified delivery was time sensitive, we would have offered a shipping upgrade to accommodate the deadline. We did everything exactly as you asked in your order - produce a book quickly, and got it to you with as little shipping expense as possible.
