Bought an unlimited data card for the USA last month. The card was delivered to my home address within 2 days. As soon as I arrived in Pennsylvania I changed the sim-cards and the PrepaidZero card was immediately operational; connection to the internet without having to go through difficult, timeconsuming things. Also during my stay in worked perfect, no problems whatsoever!
I bought a SIM card but never received it. Contacted the company but never got an answer. 2 weeks later got a message from my credit card provider that my card was tried to being used in Amsterdam.

sim card with unlimited data
Very convenient sim card that worked for us in France, Germany, UK and Italy. Internet service was automatically available in each country at 3G speeds.
The USA unlimited product that we used was very good.
Always 4G in Miami and the rest of Florida.
Really recommend it for internet in the USA.
Fast internet service in all countries we visited (France, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Germany)
I certainly recommend their 4G sim card for Europe, as many hotels and bars have complicated WiFi access or reach, this sim card helped us to look up things online without the hassle of finding a working WiFi spot.
I did a road trip in South-Africa. I was very glad that I could use the sim card. It is very easy to use. The reception was very good. I would definitely recommend buying this!
We had one of Prepaidzero's sim card from the Vodafone brand.
Did it's job well in Europe and offered the promised 4G speed (see attached screenshot)
In my experience the sim card for "Mini-Europe" was:
-Easy to use (automatic activation)
-Fast internet browsing
-Good network coverage
Point of more attention is to accept other top up payment methods than just PayPal.
As we had to create a PayPal account to top up the sim card. Our experience with the US sim card from last year is the same as above.
After looking at a lot of sim card website for my trip to spain, i decided to order with prepaid zero.
I am not the best when it comes to technical things, bit it was quite easy to use the sim card.
Would use again.
We found it to be a fantastic solution while traveling in California.
Our smartphones and table were connected all the time.
Much better than looking for public WiFi that never works!
Worked great during our trip in Europe.
We visited Germany, France, the UK and the Netherlands.
Only switched the sim card and all worked automatically from then.
Daughter had school trip to Italy from Australia. I unfortunately did not think about ordering a card sooner. At about 14 days out from leaving we telephoned and also corresponded by email to the wonderful helpful staff at Prepaid Zero. We were told it should take 8 days for the card to arrive.
Unfortunate this was over the Christmas period and by the post marks it had left Europe very promptly but unfortunately in arrived 1 day too late for my daughters departure. I was worried I might never see my 86 euro again for this data and phone prepaid plan. After contacting them, I sent it back with all details. All ended very well.
I travel a lot for my business, and this is what can I say about the sim cards for Italy and the US that I recently used:
-Easy setup, comes with a few instructions on how to start.
-Good signal and continuing service.
-Fast replies to my questions.
Overall I had a good experience with the sim cards.
Purchased 4 sim cards for France for myself and family with prepaidzero, very helpful staff that responded within 10 minutes after asking them a few questions I had about delivery time and compatibility with my phone. We used this in Paris and Monaco, for Paris it was very easy to use google maps and the sim cards even worked in Monaco without problems. Thumbs up for this service.
I did not find such a service before, and found it to be a great value for our trip in Europe.
Internet service was available in all of Europe with the Europe sim card that we had. Excellent coverage and recommended.
Have used this prepaidzero sim in Italy, Switzerland, France and Spain.
Network coverage, internet speed were just fine.
I would recommend this product to other people, as it's easy to use and you only need 1 sim card.
I purchased two SIM cards from PrepaidZero for approximately $135 US each to be used by my daughter and me while traveling through Spain. We both own Samsung Galaxy mobile phones we planned to install the SIM cards in. When we arrived in Spain, neither card would work and when I called PrepaidZero Customer service, I was told the sim cards I was shipped were for tablets instead of the smartphones I specified. I was told I could not receive a refund for either card.
I then visited a network store for Orange, a principal mobile network carrier in Europe, similar to Telefonica and Movistar where I purchased a SIM card for 19 EUR (about $20) with 3Gigs of data and 60 minutes of BOTH local and International calling (much more data and calling time than the PerpaidZero SIM card allowed) and a Samsung Galaxy smartphone for 87 EUR. All total, the price I paid for a SIM card and phone that would WORK anywhere in the world was less than the amount I paid PrepaidZero for a SIM card that wouldn't work ANYWHERE. I wish I had read the PerPaidZero reviews before paying them almost $300.
Trust me when I tell you it's extremely easy to purchase a smartphone in any country while in Europe and the store will make sure everything works before you leave there.
Prepaidzero offers local prepaid sim cards for a broad range of countries worldwide. -Use mobile data at local rates. -Make international and local calls.
