Ordered paint 23rd June and paid, phoned to see where my paint is, told I would get it that day or the following day. Nothing delivered. Phoned 7th July and was told the manager was out and he would ring back, he didn't, phoned again and asked for manager, not there. Then sent an email via there website contact page and sent an email to the info dept, both cancelling my order and requesting a full refund, no reply sent another two emails over the next two days, no reply. The paint arrived on the 13th July with a post mark of the 9th. Seems to me that this was sent 2 days after my request to cancel, but fell on deaf years. In the mean time I ordered from ebay and both received and completed the job 2 days before premiumcarpaints delivered. I am now in the process of trying to return the paint and get a full refund. I feel these people are con men, don't buy from these people/.
