Excellent overall experience on this (my first) order. Once I figure out what LED bulbs I need to replace the standard bulbs in my 2018 Subaru Outback, 'I'll be back.'

Do not shop with theses guys. Very unprofessional. I received the wrong lights for my car and could not get in touch with anyone to remedy the situation. No one answered my emails, I left messages on their phone but never received a return call. My overall experience with precisionLED.com: BAD!

Very easy to find my way through the website but the price was a bit high

Great package, so I did not have to know what items fit in each location. And they were labeled for the location and tools for each items replacement. Great for time saving and getting my lights updated to LED quickly!

Please help me return one LED that was ordered by mistake, i have tried calling the number multiple times to no avail. It goes straight to voice mail.

Very great leds

Ive been searching the web for HOURS trying to find LED bulbs for my truck.
Watched a video on youtube and he was using PRECICION LED kit and it looked so easy.
Then I went to PRECISION website and after typing in my truck info BAM there it was, the kit i needed and i didn't hardly have to do any looking.

WAS VERY EASY. WHEN I CALLED FOR HELP THEY WERE VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. EVEN GIVE ME A DISCOUNT.

I wish there was a video for how to install the licence plate lights and trunk light for the hatchback. I believe removing the trim is a lot different than the sedan, so the video on youtube wasn't very helpful.

Great bulbs! A little pricey, but u receive a free tool kit for install. So...with that considered it's not a bad deal. Bulbs look great after installed, BIG difference from stock. I'll be ordering again.

Great product, great value. I had a minor issue that involved me not recieving all of what I ordered, but my email response was in a timely manner. Waiting another week for the rest of my order was an inconvenience though.
