“Perfect bracelet for my teenager”

Sue S.
8/16/21

The customer service department answered some questions about the sizing of this bracelet for my 12 yr old granddaughter's wrist which I did order. She is so happy with it. Her mother passed away a year ago and I feel like her grieving process was helped by having this bracelet.

“Everyone must read this before you purchase another precious moment”

BOYCOTTING PRECIOUS MOMENTS I'll try to make this short. I have been collecting precious moments for at least 19 years. I have a few different collections.Iv spent at least 10,000 dollars over the years on these things. My oldest daughter just turned 16. The birthday collection is birth to 16. So, a few weeks ago I was looking at them like dang this year I complete her set. They were a little dusty, so I did what I always do at least once a year filled the bathtub with a little bit of warm, soapy water and put the precious moments in the water. A few minutes later, went back into the bathroom and there were a few eyeballs floating on top of the water. I'm like what the hell this is never happened before. Most of my precious moments I actually buy from precious moments themselves. There has been a couple that I've gotten on eBay. I couldn't locate the receipt, so I was like I got ripped off. I shouldn't of bought any from eBay. They were probably knock offs. So, I get on precious moment website and I order the three that were faulty. Plus, the 16. Over 200$.I get them in the mail a couple days ago and notice that they are also faulty. The eyeballs appear to be stickers the bracelets on the rest instead of being like a real bracelet, are like wax and the serial number and the stamp that's on the bottom is also a decal.I wait until the next morning, and I called precious moments. I'm like I just placed an order and received it in the mail. These are faulty the eyeballs fall off of them and I tell them the long story about how I've already bought a couple of these washed them and the eyeballs fell off. The manager goes on to tell me that because technology is so awesome now, they no longer paint these precious moments they use decals! I'm like let me make this clear you're telling me that these knickknacks that says if taken care of will last a lifetime and it's supposed to be a collector's item and cost me a lot of money is a freaking sticker?! I'm beyond pissed. I want everybody to know what they're buying because if I would've known this, I would not have invested money into any of these collections through precious moments. I would never of spent a dollar on any of these. I think this is completely bull$#*! and I think they should be shut down. I would like to know what everybody else thinks.
