great, I was a little worried at first about placing the order after I had read the previous reviews. I placed the order on a Sunday night , it was delivered on Friday. My purchasing experience was great!!

So far so good - easy to find stuff on the site, great prices. Hopefully shipping is quick and the product is correct (picture shows black even though the part is silver).

Don't like to put my credit card details at the websites , I couldn't choose Paypal at the checkout if it's ship in US ,

I'm a bit concerned about not being able to use my foreign credit card, so I used Paypal instead. I'm hoping I don't get charged twice, I'll see how it goes. So far, it seems ok.

At check out Paypal data should auto load into shipping information.
Website needs work, a lot of products, but unless you drill down you don't see any of them.

PLEASE ANSWER A QUESTION: PUT BIKE AWAY RUNNING GREAT - DE-WINTERED IT AND MESSED WITH STARTER SWITCH ON THE HANDEL BARS AND GOT ON THE BIKE. EVERYTHING WORKED PERFECTLY EXCEPT NO SPARK. DO YOU THINK THE CIRCUIT BREAKER WAS POPED WHEN I WAS REPLACING THE SPRINGS IN THE STARTER SWITCH AND THEN RE-ASSEMBLED TO THE BARS????? PLEASE EMAIL ME WHAT TO TRY NEXT AS I AM A PESSIMIST.

Product pricing a little higher than other sites. Can't get anyone to answer the phone however you do have the product in stock and the email contact was quick to respond.

Your price is the best. Even better than the sale price on the Rox website. Free shipping is excellent. I estimate the correct part will arrive in tact when requested, aside from a delivery mishap.

I am very satisfied with the way they handled this transaction. I did experience a shipping issue but it was not the fault of the vendor. The shipping company was responsible. I would do business with these guys again. Price was great order shipped within a reasonable period of time. Not much more you ask for. Customer service handled the issue with UPS too.
