I'm a 1st time customer , but I must say that your site had great navigation & it was very easy to find an exact fit part .

it seemed very simple and eazy to use, UPS delivered it to the wrong address and it took me a while to get it.

Fairly easy but there is no option to have it delivered to another address other than the billing address.

generally very positivee\ everything was good except the sprocket did not fit the application. i have owned three yamaha tdm 850's 1992 model. the sprocket had six mounting holes but the center hole for the hub was quite a bit larger and conseqentaly the hole locations were off center by about two mm. the cost of paying a machinist to fix the problem would be not feasiable. i will be contacting you for a return code and another sprocket that fits the hub and application. or respectfully request my money back. in other words....the order was prompt and delivered on time...the item was not correct for the application.

please advise as to course of action. if you can get the correct sprocket and deliver same;that is best. if not i will need my money back so i can source item elsewhere

Fine but usually when you pay with PayPal, you don't have to fill out your information, PayPal forwards it to your website.

Price of product itself was high but this was the best price I could find local or on the net and including ebay

The handlebars are awesome! I know these guys can't control shipping, but it took 7 days to get to me from the day it shipped! I ordered on Saturday February 7, it shipped Tuesday February 10. It originated in Texas, made a couple stops in Texas, went to Kansas, made a couple stops there, then came to Oklahoma on Saturday February 14. Mail didn't run on Sunday the 15 or Monday the 16, and finally arrived on Tuesday the 17! So, a 5 hour drive from my house to where it originated took 7 days to deliver! As I said, I know they can't control the shipping, but maybe they can change the type of shipping? That is my only complaint, thank you!

If you want to pay with Paypal you should have the option at checkout even if you dont select it from the shopping cart!
