I had to chat with 1 or your employees to find out which tool I really needed. He looked on the manufacturer website to find the correct tool I needed. So it would have been a really bad review, along with my returning the tool. So, everyone should double check somewhere else to make sure the listing is correct.
However I received the correct tool now and it worked. And PowerSportParts.net had the lowest overall cost I could find.
Unfortunately, all you need is a good hardened bolt with the correct threads for a Honda XR350R. The tool does not need the hole in the center to work with this motorcycle. Live and learn.

I left 3 messages for return calls and never received one. I finaly sent a e mail and then did receive a reply. Lately checking out using paypal is confusing, I'm still not 100% sure I did make a purchase. Waiting for a email confirmation. Fingers crossed!

I found what I was looking for and at a great price. So I tried to find a jacket, but your site is not organized enough. I wanted to find a mesh/vented motorcycle jacket, but to do so I would have had to look through 1,400+ items. Please add more search options to narrow down the items.

Strange problems paying with PayPal. Asked for payment information a second time. The produced a lot of computer printing headed by "Google Code for Sale Conversion Page." I was not sure if the order went through or if I had been charged twice until I checked my email.

Buggy.. crashed after I selected Paypal as payment method ..sort of worked (I think?) the second time with weird html code everywere on the payment page

site said it was XXL but they don't make XXL in this item so I am expecting an XL which is what I wanted to begin with

Check out was a PITA using paypal. I took three tries. It kept saying select payment method. O.k, click on paypal and it takes you to the paypal general information page. Other than that, great price more than compensates for the minor inconvenience

This website had the cheapest price for the OEM part I wanted to order. It hasn't shipped yet and they already want a review. Well, terrible so far. My bike still isn't running, when the part gets here and is not a cheap Chinese knock-off I may change my ratings of the site... until then, don't hold your breath. As far as coming back to this specific site for future orders, you guys better hope you've paid google off so your parts show up in my searches.

Product was in stock but the company failed to ship it to me until 5 days after I had ordered and paid for it. Knowing this and ordering a similar product in the future, I would order from a different company that placed a higher priority on customer satisfaction.

confirmation page is full of code. this is not reassuring. shipping method gave no estimate of delivery window.

I would recommend that part listings online include a link to additional parts needed to install the part! For example I ordered a windshield for my motorcycle and it did not come with mounting hardware and there was no link to the proper hardware so now I have to call and track down the right mounting hardware
