service extremely poor. no on line support. product did not even leave their rehouse until a full week after the order was placed. wrote to customer service - never responded to first reqeust. 4 weeks later i sent a second request, which they responded to snottily. no clue what customer service is, they act tlikethey are doing you a favor. i am willing to pay more for a product to get it from someone who appreciates their customers. shopping experience feels like this is some high school drop out running the operation out of the back of his garage.

I placed an order a week ago, I've tried calling and sending an e-mail to check the status of my order and I haven't had any success. I'm very dissatisfied with your service.

I was sent the wrong part returning the part has been a nightmare. My emails were not returned for several days making what should have been an easy return take several weeks to get started. Will never use them agin.

Horrible customer service. Unwilling to work with customers. Tried to edit some items on my order 10 minutes after placing it and they never returned a call like their voicemail said. Also sent items that were not as pictured nor accurately described. Had to send entire order back. Costing ME money. Steer clear of this one. Don't let the cheap pricing fool you. You get what you pay for.

Searched this site for 6 hours looking for grips for my sports bike. No matter how many times I adjusted the fields, it wouldn't give me the opportunity to just see what grip you carried for sports bikes. Everytime I did a search it woukd say you guys had nothing! The Renthal clip-ons I purchased says they won't work for my bike. Luckily I went to a better website and found out that they had the same part number. It was a big fiasco, to find a new set of clip ons and grips. I had to have my order in by midnight in order to get my PayPal rebate and thanks to scanning through 400 of God knows how many grips, I missed it by 1 min. Then when it can time to pay out with my paypal. Your site was kicking me back because I didn't select a billing address! Lol that was right under the box it was asking me to check. After checking the block, it kicked it back again, because now I've changed where I wanted it shipped. Then just left them both blank like it was to start with it goes through. It was just stupid and not very simple. Oh and after all that it was 12.04, so thanks to this messed up site, I'm now out an extra 10 dollars in my paypal. Don't think it matters anyways. It's not like anyone it going to read over this. If someone just so happens to read it and reply so back to me with an "human email", then it would be nice of you to credit me the 10 dollars I lost messing with this uncoordinated website! If I don't hear anything back, then I promise, myself and none of my 34,000 friends that ride won't be in contact to you as well.

The money I saved on the bars which was 20 Dollars, I've already eaten 10 of it and wasted tge other 10 in the amount of time I fumbled through this site. Never again!

I spent an hour going in circles trying to complete a simple check out. It is insane to have that level of incompetence in website design for ecommerce.

So I used my debit card. It told me that my card is locked out...I dont know what that means. So I used other card. It said the same. I called my bank. Bank said my cards are fine. I wrestle about 30 min plus. Then i decided to use PayPal. Then it worked. That message was not only unclear but got me confused about my bank account. Not fun experience. But the price is great. I might give another chance later

paypal failed to work - had to go back reload cart and pay with credit card. Worried i'll have 3 paypal charges and a credit card charge now
