Pottery Barn Kids

Wanted to say how much I appreciate the help of the Pottery Barn for Kids (and the whole Williams-Sonoma Inc) customer service team for helping me out with a special birthday present for my grandson.

I had ordered a chair and accidentally shipped it to the wrong address. While it did not process the way had "expected", they were able to deliver the chair to the corrected address at no additional cost and before his birthday. And my grandson *loves* the chair.

Having worked in customer service for a Fortune 1000 company, I know the effort put forth by the team to make this happen and wanted to express my true appreciation for all their help!

Just wanted to take a moment to recognize Pottery Barn Kids for being super reliable in the 15 or so orders of polka dot baby blankets that I've bought from them over the last 8 years. Each one was personalized and my friends looove them! Most of the time I'm amazed that these blankets (each personalized and shipped all over the country) arrive well before their projected delivery date... especially in the Greater NYC area where I lived. I think only 2 required an extra week or so doing to being back ordered, but they were shipped in a reasonable timeframe and were worth the wait.

I chose PBK for my baby shower registry. It was easy to use and manage. One wonderful perk that not everyone offers is anything not purchased on your registry is marked down 10% for you to purchase after your shower. How thoughtful is that of them? The quality of their products are exceptional which made PBK such an easy choice for me. I love everything I received from them. Some people even personalized their gifts to us by having the baby's name embroidered on the gifts, a service PBK offers on many items making the gifts THAT MUCH more special.

Have had the cameron wall system in each of my daughters' rooms for 6 weeks now. Off-gassing is ATROCIOUS. After reading reviews on this site, was expecting the worst from PBK. Instead, Patricia & Yolanda CS Reps from PBK said they would send a truck out in the next week to pick up the furniture (no packaging necessary on my part). Was impressed. Thank you! Hoping that PBK decides to use low or (pref) no VOC paint. Will not be buying from them until they publicly make the change.

Wanted something cute and small I could get for the limited space we have and was able to find it here. Thanks

PotteryBarnKids offers the cutest childrens decor that I've seen. When we were searching for inspiration to decorate our son's room when I was pregnant, PotterBarkKids.com was always where I ended up. I love their "tips and ideas" section. Its filled with so many great decorating ideas. I think I had more fun on their site than, dare I say it, Pinterest! Best of all you can pretty much buy everything they show in their ideas section on their website. I decked out our son's room in PBK. I love the quality of the furniture and fabrics, and I adore the prints. I couldn't be happier with my PotteryBarnKids nursery.

Got a diaper bag with baby's customized initials it's a nice personal touch, while everyone has the same bag u get the option of making it different the bag was received in time and I was quite satisfied with the product

PB Kids does not seem to have an option on their site to write reviews of products? I never even noticed this. Anyways, I am writing about their kids backpacks - Mackenzie - boy and girls. We purchased these items (with lunchboxes) in 2010! We are STILL using them! This my 8 year old twins 6th school year using them. That is 2 years of preschool, Kindergarten, First grade, Second and now Third (I will stop after this year, starting to finally have some guilt) They have HELD UP like crazy. They are not just starting to look worn after 6 years of use. Machine washable. Lot's of pockets. Not a single zipper broken. They are quality and I would purchase again. I would also include photos here if I could, but does not seem to be an option to do so.
