PostScan Mail

Good so far! A little bit unclear about how/when to fill out the USPS form, but I can figure it out myself. Also, no verification of the cost when I entered my CC info. Would be nice to have a confirmation page showing me the price before charging my card.

I have been trying several other site but this was very straight forward and took only a few minutes to set up. Thank you

Excellent so far. I like that plans include free scans. Good selection of addresses in Los Angeles. I chose Fuller Ave as I'd like a residential mailbox replacement and don't want an obviously commercial address (Wilshire, etc.).

The setup was easy until I had to type in my card, and then I didn't remember the three digit code on the back of the system time me out so oh, it wouldn't let me use my email, my original email so I had to switch up an email real quick. Other than that, the service is perfect. Allows me to travel like I do, without having to worry about whether or not I'm not receiving important documentation, that alone is a huge stress off my Brain. So far so good!!

Very quick and easy to setup! I did have slight issues setting up the address through Shopify. Will look into that more. Overall, glad I made the descision.

So far, the process of signing up has been easy enough, however, I've had to contact support several times to ask questions regarding your services, specific address information, and general system processes. That being said, speaking to two different representatives has been a good experience thus far.

Lacking info about international customers like me - there is no Country field in 1583 form. I hope I can still apply from Poland...

Easy interface, not too bad questions, and support has excellent, clear, complete answers. Unfortunately, answers sometimes take a long time to arrive.

Simple and easy peazy, just wished I could have gotten a definite answer on whether the address would be accepted for driver license and vehicle registration etc. in Arizona, oh well here goes...

It froze for awhile before going to the confirmation page. Couldn't click the next button. There should be some "processing" status or something.

I hope everything will work as advertised on your site, and that no charges will be made to my card unless mail arrives and needs processing, thank you. Per the Pay as you go plan....

It was clear and quick to rate it 4 stars but some personal service from one of your human faces should ensure we get reliable and consistent service if you aim for 5 stars

so far so good...keep this up and you will quickly become my favorite mail package to use!!!! The key is...you keep the process moving....

To register for your Services along with the fees are reasonable anyone can do it with ease.

I'm not sure how I was assigned a number for my mailbox. The instructions and terms that I read said that I would be shown available box numbers.

New PostScan Address shows # sign after the street address. Last page shows lengthy #. Presume for your sorting purposes, but a little confusing.

I was clicked on address on location page, and checkout page was giving me a different address then the one I initially clicked on

So far so good. I am just checking out, no actual experience yet with the provider but I am hoping for great things.

Bit confused as to the different options and what I do next. Do I move my mail at USPS to this new PO Box? Also, can I request that ALL commercial advertising materials, catalogs etc get immediately discarded? I don't want those scanned. It's all junk mail.

Accidental pressed the back bottom and Wouldn't remember my password so needed to use another Email.

I was hoping to get an address that looked more like a real address and not a PO Box. That's what it says on the website.
