Having worked with many similar firms in the last 15 years or so, I can say without hesitation that Posirank offers premium grade services and stellar support. I've used them for a number of clients and was pleasantly surprised at how effectively their services promoted my clients rankings within the SERP's. If you are considering them, dive in as they know exactly how to get results. Their offerings are unique and helped me determine exactly what steps to take to obtain premium results for my clients. Highly recommended!
Posirank sounds good but the results are not what were promised. Had a great discussion with Mike Kim and then Katie Byrd about a specific goal of improving the domain authority ranking of my website back in September 2020. A plan was put in place and I invested approximately $2,700. The domain authority ranking at the time of beginning work with Posirank was 17 and as of today, nearly 4 months later, the domain authority has dropped to 16. I reached out to both Mike and Katie for an explanation of this poor performance and reasons I should continue my business relationship with Posirank. Mike has not yet responded to either of the 2 emails. Katie responded to only one but could not provide any insight into the performance of Posirank. Do not believe what they tell you. I would recommend getting everything they tell you in writing, upfront.
Your check out is kind of hard to use. I click confirm last time or checkout or whatever and I assumed the order was good only to log in a few days later and the order hasn't started yet. It's like you have to do a double confirm. Not a big deal but confusing.
My past experience with PosiRank was poor. Time to see if there have been positive changes to your service.
I have no clue as to the quality of the service i just ordered as it is not delivered in realtime. So why are you asking about the service if not to generate false positive reviews?
Your company in the past worked to fix mistakes and support is strong. Lets hope for fewer mistakes in deliverables this time.
You need to fix the order process. I add credits for some things, then place an order for local domination which is recurring and you take the money from my available credit. To be honest, that is just silly and rude.
I don't fully understand the services offered. When I bought a DA40+ service, I assumed the 1500+ word article I was paying for was an article about my product or company with many keywords included... it turned out to be a blog post that only mentioned my company with a link. So I just wish I understood things a little better, as it is a lot of money I paid for a link in a blog post, and was unsure after that if I would continue with the service.
This isn't to be a naysayer, but I have found using this service extremely frustrating and confusing so far. It may be perfectly fine for someone with previous experience with SEO and it's terminology. But if this your first go at it, be prepared for some major frustration headaches..

Dustin has been awesome. The ordering system is not very intuitive and I have to figure out what to order from the CA doc. It's prone to human error. I'm a bit nervous now that I'm more than $3k in orders and my rankings dropped sharply this month. It also doesn't seem like anyone is really monitoring my positions. I'm just feeling lost and I can't fathom how I would manage our numerous clients under this ecosystem. I not seeing where someone from PosiRank is actually taking ownership our of success. If not for Dustin, I might have left already. Sorry, not trying to be difficult, just trying to give you an honest accounting of our 3 months.
