I love the selection of items I can get from posh puppy boutique. They have a wide variety from xxs to very large dogs and they carry the fleece sweaters my puppy loves. Plus I can pick them up at the store and not pay for shipping. The staff is always so helpful and kind.
I selected a specific size harness for my dog based on the websites measurements. When I received the item it was no where close to their measurements. I read their return policy but missed the part that they only give you store credit. By the time I paid for shipping to return it and then find a replacement item and pay for that shipping it was cheaper for me to take the loss and eat the price of the harness. Their customer service is a joke. Save your money and go elsewhere, there are many dog apparel business out there that are 1000 times better and won't rob you blind.

Usually people only leave reviews when they have something bad to say, and not enough people post the good experiences. I'm absolutely pleased with my order from Posh Puppy Boutique! I placed my order on 11-25-14 and it arrived today, exactly 2 weeks wait time and it's complete and perfect! I honestly didn't fully expect it to even arrive as soon as it did because of Thanksgiving holiday and I know December is a crazy month for mail, but it's here! A lot of people posted reviews saying their order "processed" for a few weeks, and mine did for a few days but when I reached out to their customer service someone immediately answered the phone and they were very polite! The lady I spoke with even wrote a note on my shipment to please ensure its delivery by 12-14 for my puppies birthday. Great customer service, delivery time, and overall a very happy customer. Will recommend and return in the future!
I read these things about Posh but I had a really good experience they even gave me a gift certificate thanking me for my business to return again and shop again with them. I love all their items!
I absolutely love this store and all of the stuff they sell, however, I had a very negative experience. It took me over two weeks to receive my items or any updates on the items. By the time I received my package, I realized that an item was missing. While they did not bill me for the item, I was a bit bothered by the fact that I was never notified when they took the item off my order. I was able to quickly get ahold of customer service who apologized profusely and then offered to ship me the item if I so chose.
While my experience was negative, I feel that this store still has really great potential. The customer service I was provided with was great and I was completely satisfied with all the items I received. In addition, they constantly have promotions and discounts.
Also, the products they sell are absolutely amazing. My dog has been using a collar and leash, toys, treats, and food bowls from them and both my dog and I really love them. They're definitely worth the (somewhat) higher price tag!
Overall- I have to say that I really love Posh Puppy Boutique.
