The products seem ok so far. I have not used them much yet. They don't fit some of my brochures. I like the idea of being able to disassemble them and transport them in a flat position. That seems to be working out well.

Absolutely no star, never return calls, always off sick or away on holidays, owe us hundreds of £ and even never programmed a till that is still with them after months of ordering... Do NOT even think of spending your money there. Useless people (one man band?), useless excuses all the time, useless service

My staff really like it and support was excellent from the company, they helped us to set everything up and start using in couple of hours. Very easy to operate highly recommend Tillpoint.

I do not regret my choice of product in this online store. I bought a set of universal wheel caps for my car. The product is good, it looks cool in the dark. Service is current if there are no questions and, accordingly, follow-up is done without too much trouble.

This is a sample sale type of website and it has some rather different designers that have in my opinion over priced items on sale for what the regular price should be. I ordered a shirt from them the shirt was not true to size and they don't accept returns or exchanges, so i didnt even try.

Do not ever consider working with this company. I was with them for over 7 years and when I terminated they charged me a termination fee. Did not care that I was a customer for that long. Reason I terminated was they refunded clients without notifying me and I had to fight tooth and nail to get the money back into my account. They provided little to no support. If you value your hard earned money do not engage with this company!

I had an event with Unicornpay back in March in which a customer was charged 47 times for a $29 product. Unicornpay sent me an automated email saying, effectively, We noticed a suspiciously repeated transaction and we stopped it. Nothing further is required from you. So I ignored the problem for most of the day until I had time to log in and look at it. When I did, the automated email was wrong, every one of the 47 charges had gone through and only stopped when it overdrew the customers account as far as his bank would allow. Not knowing where the glitch was, I frantically contacted my customer and the customer services of all integrations the transaction touched. All except Unicorpay went above and beyond, dug deep and finally agreed that it was actually a bug on the customers computer. Lame, but in all of those insanely stressful hours, Unicornpay only responded to say, Sorry, that couldnt have been on our end. Which is clearly wrong there is no way any but that first transaction should have been processed (they were each 1-2 seconds apart) and why did that auto-email tell me it had, i fact, stopped them? Thats a great algorithm there. Apparently this was not a problem for Unicornpay. My primary upset is not even that every one of those charges went through this is technology and s happens. What I am still pissed about is their total lack of regard for the ENTIRE situation. After I smoothed things over with my customer, initiating the refunds, and providing him with tons of free product to rectify the s-show, I finally wrote Stripe a furious email detailing every point at which they mis-informed me of what the problem was, how they had dealt with it, and then mistakenly washed their hands of the whole thing. Their response was (paraphrased), Whoops, youre right we should have handled that better. Were a young company still figuring this out. Please tell us how we could do a better job. Are you f-ing kidding me? I swore I would never use them again and told them so but aside from paypal they are the only integration available to me for my membership plugin. So, I have been trying to screw up my courage to go back to them... but I dont think I can do it. ARGH!

I am trapped in a sophisticated and malicious loop that I cannot escape. After attempting to cancel my subscription, I was locked out of my account. When I tried to log in again, I was told that I had engaged in suspicious behavior and was unable to do so. I followed the steps to unlock my account, which involved receiving a code via email and entering it into their form. However, I was then told that I needed to provide additional information, but no form or platform was provided to do so. The customer support is inaccessible, as attempting to contact them simply redirects me back to the login page, where my account is still locked. This pattern repeats, with the same request to send a code to my email, with no resolution.

To resolve this issue, I will instruct my bank to retrieve the funds and request a new credit card, in order to end my association with this greedy company.

I advise against signing up for Intuit. A good product and proper customer support are essential components of a successful business, and it is clear that Intuit lacks both.

You may not believe me, but take a look at the other reviews and you will see the same concerns I am expressing.

Tip for consumers:
Avoid any Intuit product at any cost!

Wonder why this is the first review you have found about this company? Well i made the mistake of purchasing pos system without any reviews and I regret it... they ship you junk hardware and refuse to refund your money... I ordered a POS system over the phone, one of the most important things for me was that the software I was buying would work with the Zebra label printer and I made it appoint to ask just before I placed the order if the software would work with it and Christopher Surico said YES, I went ahead and placed my order for the pos system (software and hardware) for $1,100 and video surveillance for $399.99... A few days after placing my order I find out the system doesnt actually work with the zebra but I had to buy a regular printer and the tags would be printed on Avery 5160 tags, was very disappointed but let it go. Chris' cover to that lie was that it does work with the zebra I would just have to enter everything manually, basically saying it did NOT work with their system, he just said it did so I could buy. 2 weeks later I receive the system, came in 2 shipments, 1 from amazon including a receipt printer for $34 and less than 3star reviews, a bar code scanner for $19.99 and cash drawer for $53. The second shipment came in an amazon box but shipped from Chris that had the 19.5 inch DELL all in one computer with the software pre-installed, the computer was $250 on amazon and the software POS maid is for $60. For a TOTAL OF $ 416 EVEN THOUGH I PAID 1,000. I had planned on ordering 2 more systems but after not liking what I received i told Chris I wouldnt order the other 2 systems and I wanted to cancel the video surveillance, he said he had submitted the request and would only charge me for shipping and processing fees, I asked how much and he said he would double check and get back to me, that was on monday!

On thursday I send an email inquiring if my refund had been processed and how much they would charge me for shipping and processing, the response is, it hadnt been submitted and they would do it right away. I send another email on Tuesday asking for answers and they tell me they requested a return for the cameras and once they are returned to their offices, they would review the cameras and issue me a refund in 10 business days, they also tell me my refund would be $310, $50 for shipping, $30 is for the webcam that came pre-installed in the pos system computer that already comes builtin by dell and $10 processing fee! At this point I realize they are just ripping me off and ask for a tracking number for the cameras they claim they shipped to me and they tell me once they canceled the order, the tracking number fell out of their system but they can track it and would let me know once they receive it and issue my refund. I believe the cameras where never shipped in the first place but they just wanted to charge me the $50 shipping fee. I also believe this company preys on unsuspecting innocent people and tries to rip them off as much as they can. I am returning everything to them even though they insist I dont have a money back option, I filed a dispute with my bank and hopefully they can help me get all my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY/website, am pretty sure you will receive the exact same junk i received.

I am satisfied with Touch Screens, Inc company. This company is classified as a Manufacturer, Distributor, and VAR value added reseller (depending on type of touch screen product). Touch Screens Inc. Also has 2 repair facilities (in Georgia and North Carolina). They have a direct relationship with manufacturer repair sites and subcontract with several outside companies for building special configurations.
