Claim Your BusinessThis is our 4th engineering workstation we have purchased and the customer service people are very helpful and importantly the systems are very high performance and work well. Our engineers fight over the new systems and it makes me look like a computer expert. We are very happy with all the systems and the support.
The system arrived with a dead power supply. So much for 'testing' and 'burning in'. When I contacted them through email they told me to call. When I called at 3:00 PM Pacific Daylight time, their 'tech support' was closed. At this point I'm done with PortaTech and am about to call my credit union and put the credit card charges in dispute. Oh, and when they send you DOA garbage, you have to eat the return shipping charges. Do a little leg work and avoid these crooks.
I give them a 4 star rating because they are not the best priced online, but they are not the worst & I have never had any negative experiences with them when buying from them & I have shopped there in the past.
