Porch Potty

It was as advertised, very well packed, a little heavy to remove the basin on constant basis.
My dog did not like it though... so it just a pricey piece of grass that looks good in my balcony lol. Hope she gets used to it eventually.

Love the porch potty! Especially when my pup needs a quick bathroom break on the patio as I'm working on homework or in between classes. Only reason for the 4 is because cleaning can be time consuming when you don't have a water hose

Great product and customer service! I have had my 10 week old puppy for one week and the PP is in the garage. She uses it 99% of the time! I am VERY pleased!

I really appreciate the convenience of having it on my deck. So far my puppy will go pee but we haven't had success with yet. Hopefully soon. And it does hold odor quickly so will have to definitely stay on top of cleaning. But all in all glad we purchased.

Excellent item, good quality & great design with quick delivery however one of the boxes was not taped securely shut and arrived open. Luckily nothing was missing.

After some initial glitches due to some broken parts (mostly cosmetic), we were able to repair our Porch Potty and install it on our back patio. Customer Service gave us some hints on using the Porch Potty with a dog that is already potty-trained. Our dog is somewhat finicky about where she is willing to go potty. I think that she'll adapt with additional practice, and her puppy will use it without a lot of coaxing, as he is still potty-training. The Customer Service reps are very responsive and helpful.

Customer service is phenomenal. I received a live person when I've needed call. My first shipment came badly damaged, but that was because of the UPS delivery man. My second package, unfortunately, came without a hydrant. However, customer service had one ordered to be shipped that day at no charge to me. It's been 4 days and I haven't received the hydrant, but hopefully soon. I just ordered training sod, so I'm eager to see the quality and how my pup takes to it!

great product! we are replacing a 6 year old larger porch potty with a smaller one for a new patio. This product works beautifully and gives dog lovers in upper floors an option for keeping their pet!

I had a porch potty for Sky in the past but gave it to a friend for a move. Sky is fine without i t, but in case of leaving her alone, I want Skye to have a potty/deck option again! GREAT PRODUCT!!

Love it! Do need to replace my synthetic grass due to odor a little sooner than expected. I do use your odor eliminator frequently but appears I need to replace it, been approx 3 months.

The shopping experience is great but our porch potty has had draining issues and the turf needs to be replaced more frequently than advertised. That being said you guys have the best product on the market hands down.

I wish your store had a way to upgrade the turf to one of the other turfs for an incremental cost instead of buying them a la carte. I was more interested in the other sod without soil (or minimal soil) as opposed to the artificial grass, but didn't feel like buying them separate. (I like the idea of the real grass, but especially so that it has little dirt in it. We tried the fresh patch system, and the dog likes it for about a week, but since the pan has no drainage, it just gets disgusting. The dog doesn't want to use it, and it's absolutely disgusting when I have to throw it out. So, I liked your other alternative to the grass, and I wish you made that an upgradable option at time of purchase, for a slightly discounted rate.)

I really like the look of the porch potty. It definitely makes condo living a bit easier when you have a small dog. Especially during the winter. I've only had my porch potty for a few days now so my dog is still getting used to it. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase, however, my only complaint would be the price. I was looking to get a porch potty a few years ago and I didn't because of the price. I'm thinking more customers might be open to getting one if it were priced better. I was hesitant to commit as I wasn't sure my dog would use it.

I wish I could buy using amazon. The site had some technical issues. I need to see how it works before I recommend to anyone. I used to have a back yard with a dog door. I got a nicer place bu the water but I only have a patio. I am actually dog sitting two dogs and I searched for so many options. In the past I saw this porch potty and decided to take a look again. I wish the timer was included and a better price for shipping. I will try another timer with more that one end since I need to use the hose for the plants too.

The website was ok. A little clunky. Would have preferred to buy through Amazon where all my info is saved and shipping timeline is clearly communicated.

I had a few problems checking out with PayPal. Not sure why I kept getting some errors, but after the 3rd time it worked. I will definitely reorder if I am happy with my order.

I think there's a tiny glitch with the Shipping option pull down at first there was only one option to choose "online delivery/ no shipping" then a different set of choices finally popped up for ups ground and expedited shipping. I choose ups ground.

I kept getting error messages....because I was making mistakes entering information. Checkout process is a bit confusing.

Shipping rates are very high, I tried to add a 9$ item and the shipping went from went from 24$ to 50$!!!

shopping cart and number of clicks are inconvenient/clunky. Great products, great company. if you can order via amazon 1 click prime is easier. Would prefer less expensive expedited shipping for smaller items that is not $55
