I considered a diy option, but ultimately went with porch potty because of the reinforced drain tray. There are two things of note: (1) the drain set up is so-so at best. It would be great if the drain pipe was a little larger to help prevent pooling; (2) I decided to reinforce the tray pan by adding cement blocks beneath it. This has helped my dog trust the platform as secure - she's 45 pounds. Other than those two gripes, I really like how the system looks and functions.
Bought a porch potty standard and the hose always leaked. Got a replacement hose, hose still leaked. Sent a few emails, no reply. Sent another one. They wanted to send me ANOTHER hose. Yea, the first and second one didn't work so let's send you another. I asked for a refund which they denied even though their product was faulty and they "say" they stand by their product. Just buy a cheap one off Amazon. Works way better
The service was very good, fast delivery. But I thought what I was ordering was a hydrant on a green pad. What I received was just a hydrant that I could have purchased elsewhere for about half as much. The description needs to be more clear.
The reason I rated # 1&2 2 stars is b/c the website and checkout process are very unintuitive compared to others I have used. #3 gets 5 stars b/c it seems there is not much alternative to ordering the accessories so I kind of have to. Great products for the most part but website is clunky.
I had several coupon codes and none of them worked. I'm uneasy on this purchase due to your return policy, I saw reviews about how it leaks and your return policy does not cover this. I also felt the price is on the high side and then was put off by the additional shipping and handling fee. I will check yes for contacting me but please don't if there is nothing further you can do.
I understood that shipping was free; however, I couldn't place my order until I chose a shipping method that was not free.
ur web sight is not user friendly. took 3 tries to get the order placed due to shipping method rate changes .
Saw no mention that GST wasn't included until the price went up massively in checkout. Get started at 32.45 and that went up too to 36.83. What's that all about?
When I should on line I want the full price, not just the price less GST with no warning. Also the freight seems very deer.
I'm sure I will love the product. It looks fabulous and just what I need.
Just didn't like the price going from $324 to $405.

Not able to order online after many attempts. I lucked out this time for some reason. This was going to be my last time. This is our 3rd porch potty and I remember this issue in the past.
Seriously? $118.00 for two pieces of fake grass? If I had more time, I'd look elsewhere to find a better deal. I wish you had a better deal for returning customers.
Your checkout page is very confusing and laid out poorly, and PayPal did not work at all -- even though I entered my PayPal info, your order page just kept saying "select a payment type". Annoying but not the end of the world. Looking forward to seeing how your product works out.
your site would not take my order for the first three times I tried to place it, got the message, "invalid or unsupported currency code: *******-This transaction cannot be processed due to an unsupported currency." I was trying to use AMEX. So I succeeded when I switched to VISA - even thought the site says AMEX is eligible.
I am buying this as my parts must be defective. My porch potty is almost new and drain hose leaks and grass fell apart. I am going to try this again
Checkout process is clunky. Link to cart is small, subtle, and inconveniently located on the page. The checkout process is too involved and you ask too many questions.
Shipping is very high considering the product is in Australia and shipping to metro Australian addresses should be a quarter of the price.
It says to replace the synthetic grass every 6 months but for $20 shipping we are purchasing replacements less frequently
So I bought my porch potty about a week before I had to move into an apartment. Which was no problem because according to shipping I was supposed to receive it before then. Well I had moved and days passed and I got nothing. So I reached out and told them I wanted to be able to track my package as I was supposed to receive it days ago and never did. Customer service told me it was at a UPS facility on Monday and is just waiting to be picked up and once it does I would receive tracking Info. Well days later and still nothing so I emailed again and then she shipped a replacement and sent me the tracking info herself. She told me the package was at the UPS facility still but UPS has just left it there. Okay? So confusing and annoying. I finally receive the porch potty (two weeks after I move) and it didn't even come with the fire hydrant it's supposed to come with. Even after all this trouble I had.
I bought a Porch potty 2 years ago and it has collapsed with the frame not supporting the tray any more. There is no warranty or any support online about how to address. So I'm back and buying one more but the products are overpriced and when trying to use online coupon, none work. I proceeded reluctantly, but will not recommend to someone else.
I'm having to pay $59 for a piece of sod that will last 4-8 weeks, then the shipping charges me another $20+. Think about it! How could anyone feel good about that? Nonetheless, you got another sale.
On one part of the website it says the Basin holds 2 gallons and on another part of the website it says it holds 3 gallons. On the website it says you ship via FedEx but during check out it only offers UPS. Also I called and was told I was going to get a call back then I received a text stating "You are in the queue to be called back. In the meantime, feel free to text back your question, so we can be best prepared." I sent a text and I have not had a call back and it has been almost an hour wait time.
Otherwise I love your product I already have a dog using one of your porch pottys!

your checkout page needs work. Forms are broken unless you refresh - specifically on the shipping address - then credit card, you have to toggle these options to get the forms to appear. Using Chrome browser
Paying by Pay Pal messed up for some reason. I had to go back and start over. I sincerely hope I did not purchase two of these things
The web site is a bit clunky. I tried to order last night and the page to order sod wouldn't let me select an item. I tried again this morning without the sod and it seems my order went through. It was still not user friendly. I say this as a tech professional. If I didn't REALLY want to try the product, I would have given up.
I couldn't locate the real grass to purchase and the hose that connects to the potty to drain never stays tightened so I'm always trying to fix it (with dog urine all over my hands) so it does drain! Not that happy with the product because of this.
I had to enter my credit card info a few times....it kept saying i needed to sign back in, then I had to recreate my account over.
Your website is distorted I almost couldn't purchase the porch potty kept clicking until I was able to hit the add to cart purchase button.
