Scam! Do Not Use... Bought OneNote 2010 from them. Worked for 6 months then product key reported as not valid. I only lost 45.00, not as much as some I see here. Also this site is in China but you don't find this out until your cedit card is charged and you see a foreign transaction fee on your statement. Warning: If you download software from them it might have spyware embedded.

I was suspicious when I was beginning to enter my credit card information on their web site and noticed it wasn't a secure, encrypted, site, i. E. didn't begin with https//www... I was intending to buy Microsoft Office 2007, Download version. Did a Google search of "Popgoodssite" and found this review. That was the end of that! Thank you for this review. Doug in Massachusetts
I bought a copy of Microsoft Office 2007 for $79. I downloaded the software with no problems, entered the license key they provided with no issues. The product ran fine for a couple of weeks until the products (Outlook and Word) complained that the license I was using was not valid. I ran the Microsoft validation tool for Office 2007 and it reported that I had an invalid license. Customer support tried to help, but they finally gave up and so did I. I went to Fry's and bought a legal copy for $240.
I purchased Office 7 and it would not open correctly; despite three separate product keys. I asked for a refund several times and have had no resolution. I plan on contacting PayPal to let them know they are running a scam...
This must be a scam! They keep downloading Roxio Creator thru the link to download Microsoft 2007. I never received it and had to request a refund which I still haven't received. Your bank is your only hope to recover your money. This is definitely a scam! Please don't fall for the low prices...
I am so pissed at this point. We purchase Window office 7. The program will not download.as per the instructions. We have tried numerous times to contact the company via email (because there is no contact telephone number), They have sent the same email now three times. "please download as pwe instructions" that is all they have responded. We have asked more time than we can count to have someone call us directly to resolve this issue and not one person has called. We would like our money back at this point but seem at a loss for how to go about doing that. Mr./Mrs. Bai is the name always attached to the email that seems genterated rather than written by someone personally. Where the hell is this company. Should we always blame ourselves when companies or 'fake" companies operate without integrity. How the heck is it the consumers fault. What has happend to good, honest, business? Do not buy a program from this company!
I bought Microsoft Office 2007 as a download and never recieved it. I emailed the company several times and never recieved any answer.
