Unfortunately, I did not read the reviews, outside of their own website. Ironically enough, it doesn't give me the option to post a "true" review on their website page. I placed my order in September and I was sent an email October 6 stating my pajamas had shipped. "Lable created, not yet in system" as my status 21 days later is ludicrous! The fact that my order isn't here is not the biggest issue I have. The biggest issue is that there is no response when an email is sent to them to inquire about it. This is by far the least responsive, slow to deliver company i have ever dealt with!

The pajama pants really are buttery soft and when I have a bad day the one ray of light I can look forward to is putting these on at night. They are my favorite pajamas and I love their themes. However, you must be patient and okay with little to no direct contact with the company. Shipments will absolutely take 2 months to arrive to the US. If you can't wait a couple months to get them, don't order them or you'll just aggravate yourself. I wear a Medium unisex T-shirt in general, so I ordered the Medium and the set is a perfect fit. The pants are a little long (common for me) but there's a cuff at the bottom so it stays lifted. They wash and hold up well. I get tons of compliments.

I was suckered in by the "folksy" ads, so I placed my order for PJs on March 7th. 'SHOP' tracking showed my order being moved around China. It left China by plane on April 11th - destination unknown and no more updates. After numerous, unsuccessful emails and messenger messages (because I was complaining on their Facebook posts, which they would delete), my product finally arrived May 18th. Small family business? HAHAHA. They're made in China and ship directly from there - not even to the vendor! What a sham. They need to stop advertising and making false promises that they can't deliver. Over 2 months for a pair of pajamas is ridiculous. I don't care how cute they are.

I ordered matching pajamas from this company for Christmas. For weeks I got the run around about our shipment and they refused to provide any information about it. I informed them that I would initiate a chargeback with my bank if I was not given definitive info on our shipment within 3 days. The 3 days can and went so I initiated the chargeback as promised. I emailed them and informed them that the chargeback had been initiated. 2 days after my last email I received an email from them saying they had shipped me a new order. I asked why they had done that being that the chargeback was already in place. They told me not to worry about the chargeback and to keep the PJ's as an apology for the inconvenience. Well now they are fighting the chargeback. They are going after their money. I guess this is what they meant by don't worry about it. They knew they would fight the chargeback and win because I had received the package. Had I known they were going to be so dishonest I would have returned the pajamas. But they prevented that by lying. Don't shop with these people! They lie and are underhanded in their dealings.
