They steal money (46.70) from my account, $#*!ing bastartds!

You've taken my money many times from my account i am tired of you, you have taken about 200$ WTF?!

I signed in for a trial to site that promise 100% new movies (similar to Netflix) and never charge user any money for this.As site is secure (https :// ...), it demands your e-mail to be verified with your credit card in order to let the user get a confirmation from site prior to accepting a form of premium membership that it must inform me of if I want to accept or not.At time of my registration, I received an information via collaborating site that an absolutely free period (for me seven days) of viewing at no cost is offered in which customer can evaluate if service is of good enough quality. For this to work, only my e-mail must be verified before entering the site via my credit card, and then I can proceed with password and user name.[This site, getresponse.com, is also a genuinely secure site with https :// ]. After being sure that nothing is strange, I opened the muvflix site and searched for the new movie that is either possible to download as a file to a HD or to view online.My search didnt find the right movie, and the site is the correct one. By leaving my queries in the forum, did not help at all because the movie never exists. Afterwards a classical movie, North by Northwest, is no longer available for viewing and/or download is not a pleasant information to receive. Next, I tried to find a different new movie to view, but its access is blocked for viewing(!). Geez, what is this? My computer is 100% free from any infestations from Internet and no Geo blocking! This got me very disappointed in professionalism the site is presenting itself to have including the warranties on delivering services of very high quality, that I (aware of agreement that never is charging for using services during free no cost period) stopped completely using the service.
Now, here is where the problem starts.
Bank informs me that money is withdrawn from my account from muvflix.com, which I counter check via Internet; a lot of money is withdrawn!
Searching my computer for contact address to muvflix.com is impossible due to inadequate contact information at time of registration with muvflix.com.The site to contact is getresponse.com that took my registration prior to validate me to use muvflix.com, which turns out as very poor service from the support because it only referred back to muvflix.com. Now, I had to do a hell of a research (in my spare time) from different computers to find the actual mail address to muvflix.com, which is merely impossible for any person to get because of very poor information from this business. My close friend working with Internet support, offered me his help in finding this e-mail, whom I am very thankful for finding it, so that matter can be sent to the company: reinstate 100% money falsely withdrawn in transaction. I checked the e-mail address as active and sent message as urgent, including A. S.A. P notice, and attached scanned files for the transaction dates, copy of the agreement that stipulates NO CHARGE during free trial, also including the copy from getresponse.com (validification of my e-mail). After sending e-mail to muvflix.com, no answer is received, and two (2) days on still not a single mail.So, checking online from yet a different computer, I searched for a needle in a haystack to get online and receive the same e-mail as before. This time, definitely suspecting fraudulent behavior and reject to use any service (whatsoever!) from this company, I sent them the previous copy and the suspicion of fraudulent behavior with scans that prove the company as doing fishy business.
Immediately after sending e-mail I receive information that message is received.Muvflix.com, sends me answer that withdrawn money is to be reinstated. After weekend (March 18 and 19), bank informs money is paid back from muvflix.com on March 20. But, I see that it is not repaid in full.
Bank tells me that anew contact with muvflix.com is of utter importance for the current deficit to reappear as a (neutral) gain before filing company for fraudulent behavior.
I did send message on 21 March 2017 back to muvflix. Com for reinstating back the deficit.
Bank is waiting for me to file complaint.
I have no trust in doing any business with this company.
