I know a lot of people are a bit funny buying from this some because of their $50 monthly VIP fees, but if you read it close enough you won't be caught unaware.
I've only had good experiences with this company, they're always advertising discounts and sales but I've noticed the prices of their products don't actually change before or after a 'sale' and I'm assuming it's just a tactic to lure you in.
But I've loved ALL of the clothes I've bought on here, and I've bought ALOT, also bought things for my friends and they've loved them too. Just settle down with your fake sales and I'd give it 5 stars instead of 4. Seriously cheap dresses and the like, I've got so many new cute little number for under $20. Would recommend

I bought one product for $10 off this website as a Facebook post showed it off to be a 24 hour $10 deal on a dress that use to be $60. I should have been wary already from that first advertisement in price difference. Little to my knowledge what was about to unfold. Couple of months later I kept noticing $50 being deducted from my account each month from an unknown supplier so I just thought, maybe I had spent that money on my nights out. $654 later I googled the transaction name and then I find out that this transaction was in fact Popcherry and found other information on Popcherry scams and many other people in the same boat as me. So after buying a $10 dress I end up being $654 out of pocket and unable to retrieve my money back and only having the option of spending all that money on this appalling range of clothing. With the company then bullying me into spending this store credit, once I received the clothes, I sold them off very quickly as the quality was absolutely disgusting, and the $10 dress I had bought had fallen apart after one wash so I was not interested in anymore of their apparel. It felt criminal having a company force me to spend the store credit that had accumulated on items I didn't even want. That could have just gone to charity instead of clothing items that look like they have been bought off Ali Express and then marked up 200%.

I have never used such a disgusting service with absolutely no ethics, who would rather trick people into buying their products instead of creating relationships with its customers.

The products are so terrible, they have to con consumers into buying their product by locking them into a VIP scheme once an item is purchased, with unclear information for new customers. Getting out of this "VIP club" is a complicated task as you cannot do it online or by email as that is proof to show cancellation and this company does not like that. The only option is doing it verbally over the phone where they have no written proof and can still charge you each month so you are unable fight it and just have to cancel your credit card. You are then forced to buy these terrible quality products with the money the company has deducted from you each month when you finally realize that you have been locked into this VIP club scheme.

Such a cunning and sneaky company and it feels like the one person that works at this "call center" is just reading off a script. You are practically talking to a robot who doesn't understand any human emotion or the word "ethical".

This is the absolute wrong way to go about business and this company has created more negative relationships with its customers than long lasting positive ones which will help the brand grow. Instead its social media presence has remained the same since the company first came out and doesn't exactly show signs of growing anytime soon as they have destroyed relationships and trust with many consumers that have previously bought from the website.

At the end of the day, seeing how this company does business will be perfect for up and comping business owners to study and understand what not to do in eCommerce. This is the only positive thing I have to say about this company.
