I bought a laptop battery. 46 days after the transaction, the package is returned because the address is wrong. I wrote them an email asking for an explanation and a copy of the address I gave to them. 2 months and still waiting for the reply. I filed a complain via PayPal. They sent me to the mail service instead of showing me the address I gave them. I wish I could review the product. I just want my money back. A local shop got the battery in 3 days.

Battery lasted about a year and now holds no charge whatsoever. Rubbish and a waste of money, steer clear.

Cheap Chinese rubbish directly from China so, an inferior product that may need alteration to fit correctly, takes at least three weeks to arrive and probably won't last very long.
Consistently completely ignored by their customer service people and never any hint of apology.
