On Monday 3rd April 2023 I purchased a Wacom Intuos Bluetooth Tablet Small - Pistachio for $129 but I never received it since it was never delivered from the driver from Couriers Please. As a goodwill gesture Travis decided to cancel the item and give me a store credit.

The chair I purchased on catch was faulty, after over a month of trying to get a return, they just flat refused a return. I was scammed out of $170, the product is completely unusable. It's wild how they take customers money and just send them junk, refuse refunds and are on to scam the next customer. The worst part is all the positive reviews you see out there, they're all paid reviews. Trust me, the website will steal your money, just shop anywhere else.

The chair I purchased on catch was faulty, after over a month of trying to get a return, they just flat refused a return. I was scammed out of $170, the product is completely unusable. It's wild how they take customers money and just send them junk, refuse refunds and are on to scam the next customer. The worst part is all the positive reviews you see out there, they're all paid reviews. Trust me, the website will steal your money, just shop anywhere else.

Tip for consumers:
Catch is a scam site, straight up, it's not safe to shop there.

They don't offer refunds, only store credit. Shipping is through the roof, I purchased 2 items (2x small 18cm tall fake hydrangea arrangements) and delivery was $95. I wish I was joking. I only make the purchase because I didn't want my store credit to go to waste. The prices in general are also very high, you can get the same items elsewhere for cheaper. I will never make the mistake of buying through Catch again and warn anyone reading this not to as well. I basically threw $165 in the bin.

On 31 October 2020 I brought a pair of trekking poles from Catch.co.nz believing it was NZ based, as it turns out it is an Australian company. Today 24 November 2020 I still have not received my order, I was sent an email on 01 Nov 2020 saying my order was dispatched that day however it has not made any progress, each time I make an inquiry I'm told it will be sent today, I check tracking still in the same place. I have received 2 items brought from China on 03 Nov 2020 so I would expect delivery from Australia to be quicker. I will not be shopping with Catch again.

First they send me an email saying I may like a product. When I view the product they refuse to sell it to me because I live North of Newcastle & south of Tweed heads. They continue to sending me emails about the product they refuse to sell me.
I'm done with this website and it's constantly aggravating M.O.
I was glad to hear they lost 41 million Jul-Dec 2023, I couldn't have nominated any other company so deserving of its losses.

Tip for consumers:
If you don't live in a capital city, they don't want your money.
If the morons cater themselves specifically to populations that have local retail alternatives. They will continue to lose money and fade away to nothingness.
If I owned shares in wesfarmers I would be demanding the firing of the entire catch management team.

Ordered an inflatable spa on sale, paid, waited for delivery. Got an email saying would be up to a week longer, that was fine. Got ANOTHER email days later saying sorry product not available. I got on Catch website and ordered same spa and went through to payment stage saying it was available, but surprise surprise... not on sale anymore!
Fraudulent sales pitch steer clear, go to My Deal instead, much better deals and they actually deliver!

Catch.com.au are thieves. I ordered something that was "In stock" to leave the warehouse in "1-2 days". I then receive and email that it is delayed, no indication of when, no easy way of contacting them (they are allowed to contact me via email but their email is "no-reply"?) and terms and conditions that say I can't cancel an order. The kick in the teeth? Their website still says that the item is in stock to leave the warehouse in 1-2 days. Still haven't received the order, still don't know when it will be sent and then they have the audacity to send me a survey asking how the &*@&! Purchase went? This organisation is criminal.

Just don't.

They took over 250 for a makeup desk and mirror.
Only the mirror came.
They have organised someone to pick up the mirror part for a refund but there has been 6 different days They said they would come and i have taken work off yet no one ever comes.

I have contacted consumer affairs and a lawyer as well as I will be contacting a current affair.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use them. They are horrible even after they make mistakes over and over again.

Don't bother this is the worst place I have bought anything off! You try an call annthey blame the store on there web site you can't contact the store catch claims you will get a response in 2 business days I've rung every day after 2 weeks wait for my parcel it's now 8 weeks an still nothing FULL BLOWN RIP OFF

The Catch system makes you incredibly vulnerable to unscrupulous sellers. I was sent a faulty used power station and trying to return it has been a nightmare. The seller just keeps cancelling my return requests and catch has done nothing about it.

Just love the statement on your website about keeping your sellers honest with their prices.

I purchased an item online for $319.95, with a delivery cost of $61.88.

Your website claims the seller is Ausway 2. Imagine my surprise when I received an email from the courier advising that they had a delivery from Crazy Sales. This was the item I purchased from catch.com online.

Imagine my further surprise when I went online to check the price of the item at Crazy Sales... which was the same, BUT, delivery from Crazy Sales was only $34.57... almost half quoted by catch.

Looks like I found the catch in catch.

How do you explain this? Is this just an add on by catch to take a little cream off the top?

So much for keeping them honest.

I will be informing friends and colleagues to stay away from catch, and I will be. Leaving reviews where I can, describing my experience

I ordered a hand held steamer and was sent an iron. When I applied for a return it was approved however, due to significant illness, I was unable to get to the post office in time. After contacting them a second and third time my return request was 'rejected'. I don't understand how they justify this - they sent the wrong product. This is their mistake and they are unwilling to accept the return of an incorrect item. I find them to be extremely unhelpful and very difficult to contact (but I'm sure this is intentional).

I bought a e300 razor scooter for my 10 year old after researching it and thought i would get in early for xmas,, scooter was left outside my door in plain site when 2 foot over would have been unseen. Xmas comes, ive charged it up and am shocked at how slow it is i thought it may need time too wear in. After a week no improvement. Its then i noticed the motor size was 250 watt. It is bigger or smaller depending what country you live in. I also noticed two of the foot plate bolts were worn, she has charged up the scooter 5 times. She lives on a small island and rides too the shop about 8 min there and 8 mins back,, it then slows to walking speed,, after 5 chargers it stopped charging at all. I know chain drive can be noisy but this sounds crunchy,, this leads me too believe its a refurbished unit,, i rang got a returns number RMA number is **************. Was asked how i would like to see this matter turn out. But this is no guarantee how it would be,, i answered refund.or replace/or supply correct motor and part refund as i believed at the time the motor was the wrong size. Few more days past still nothing now it wont even charge,, i bought this scooter for my 10 year old autistic girl for xmas from catch not a on line seller. Ive sent a request for a update,, no response. I presume im going too have too post there junk back at my cost,, but i think i will buy her a alidi scooter and catch can go bugger off as i will use every platform available too me too review my dealings with catch, catch can jam there scooters and anything else they funtastic or toys r us sell. It wont take back what should have been a great xmas present but i will make sure catch know not too take a dump on this Australian, she is so disappointed, it was clearly a con too get rid of old stock or refurbished stock,, its my opinion unless i change my mind that catch is a complete con, I do have Australian consumer protection and will see how that pans out. I will also go on talk back radio and have a wah wah there as well. I will also advertise my dealings in the local paper for free,, i will make a youtube video of the scooter and my dealings with catch, com.au then i might go too the small claims court after i contact consumer affairs' i might even visit there warehouse just so i can do a google review on google maps the bunch of in my own opinion con artists who are just above pedophiles but below used car sales men,, you bet im pissed off at catch.com.au this has been a truthful review by jason taylor,, the opinions in this review reflect my opinion at this time and maybe forever,, so too the moon catch, com, au

Unfortunately, my experience with Catch and their seller Find Sports was extremely disappointing. I would give zero stars if that was available. The Catch ad was for two bike tyres and two tubes. I received only one tyre. Upon raising my concern I was told this was an advertising error despite the fact that this ad remained on the site for several weeks after the issue was raised. Catch/Find Sports advertised the goods (offer) I accepted the offer and I paid the requested amount (consideration) - all the elements of a contract. Catch said I should go to the trouble and expense of returning the tyre. Absolutely no understanding of customer service was displayed and a fundamental lack of understanding about consumer law.

I'm still waiting for delivery of my cubby house. The tell you to be understanding about the high volume of deliveries. I'm still being understanding 4 weeks later and you just go around in circles when trying to find out about you item being delivered. Don't order anything through them!

Please stop buying from Catch application, if something going wrong, it would take ages to resolve it, well mine still did not resolved!

Stop using it, there are heaps of great website with amazing customer service out there that make your life so much easier. It is about 6 months that we are in communication for a replacement over a faulty product!!! Imagine how much time you should spend if something goes wrong!!!

They canceled my order as they apparently made a mistake with pricing the product. I think they are just trying to keep people on their website so it can perform better but have fake prices. I made 3 different orders and they canceled all of them, note that they were different product not 3 orders of the same product.

Tip for consumers:
fake prices they just want you to spend time on their website, If you ever find a good deal they will just cancel your order and hold your money for few days.

It's just alright. Wish they showed better reviews for items or sellers - otherwise you just risk spending money on bad items. Tracking is slow to update.

Terrible seller support. Terrible customer service. They charge you $50 per month and says you can list as many products you want. But reality is, all your listing goes under approval for months and never get approved or rejected. There is no direct customer supprt to talk to on phone like ebay and amazon. They just replies you like machine in your tickets you raise for support saying your listings will be either approved or rejected in 2 days which never happens. Such a poor seller support I have never seen in any other marketplaces. I am thinking like they just cheated me as they charge constantly $50 per month for seller account but you dont get anyone whom you can ask for help verbally and convey what issues you are facing. Ultimately, if you couldn't list items successfully, how could you get any orders and how you make profit. Don't think of selling your products on catch marketplace, but rather spend your valuable time and money in ebay and amazon and Facebook. You will get better return.

Dont bother buying from Catch,
Still waiting for my item to be shipped.
I have also messaged them 4 days in a row and nobody has bothered to answer me at all. I have asked them to refund me as well and they also cant be bothered to answer me.
I will NEVER use them again.

UPDATE: Surprise surprise, the same day I put in a refund request from Paypal to get my money back, Catch send me an update that its been send, BUT WAIT, the tracking number is fake and leads me to a 404 page, (sorry this does not exist) Good try Catch but you wont CATCH me out with your BS lies.

They sell you items from partners that can take 10 business days to send and a further 10 business days to arrive. My advice - screen shot the sale and take it a shop to price match.
