PF is well moderated, much more fairly than DP and usmb. The mods seem inobtrusive. They do insist on a modicum of politeness to one another. The posters' abilities on PF outweigh as group those on DP and usmb. All in all, PF is the right kind of forum that is well needed for nerds like us who inhabit the political discussion boards.
This site appears to be operated by Russians or other anti-American individuals. Almost all of the threads for international events are started by pro-Russian elements. They also happen to support Trump. Factual posts are deleted but insanity and pure idiocy is allowed to run amok. There is a clear and consistent pattern of support for those to seek to overthrow US democracy. They are anti science and anti logic. They only support pure insanity and conspiracies
Board policy states no personal insults, period. That takes some getting used to, and I got some infractions for it, being I was used to more of a free-for-all thing.
The upside to that? Banning insults removes about half of conservative trolling. They've still got their conspiracy theories, but their raging is greatly reduced if they can't go off on insult tirades.
The downside? They go sort of passive-aggressive on you. Instead of saying "You're a child molester!", which is not permitted, they'll say "Libtards are all child molesters", which gets around the no-insult rule, being it doesn't insult a specific person. So you do the same thing back, all sides dancing around the no-insult rule.
Same as every board, it has more than its share of right-wing conspiracy theorists who want to tell us all about their own special bizarre universe. I think the mods are a bit too hands off there, being they should move most of it to conspiracy theory folders. However, at least you don't get banned here for the crime of destroying nutty right-wing conspiracy theories, which puts this board way, way above USMB. And that's all we liberals really need, to not be censored.
I actually left here because I was tired of my "vacations." You can't stand up for yourself. If you are attacked, and the mods dont think it's an attack, the post stays. If you reply, you get an infraction/ban. I went on to usmessageboard and have had no issues. It's a good forum but they treat you like children.
The great decisions about specially Europe, was made on this 3 cities.its obvious that USA, will never mixt in Europe military against Russia, esspecially the eastern countries and baltic states, the last meeting in Helsinky was also a oportunuty for DONALD TRUMP, to thanks russian for just say a song, WITH A LITTLE HELP FROM A FRIEND, JOE COCKER,. Also in ours days you dont submit a country by war, you do this simple way, you submit her economically see China, for example.The conclusion is better for Europe to love USA, but is muvh better to love Russia.
