It is a full scam. Avoid this site. I have reported them to the BBB. Do not waste your time. As soon as you try to order you get banned and you cannot access customer service.

Be careful scam site Be careful, this is a scammer website. These reviews here already indicate this. I accessed the site every day and managed to do only about 5 surveys in a few months, generally I was only able to do the ones I received in my email, I got the minimum amount to withdraw. I tried to access the website and received an invalid email and password error, I opened a ticket and received the following response from them: Hello, Thank you for getting in touch. We regret to inform you that our systems have identified activity that violates Cint's Participant Terms & Conditions for Panel Membership. As a result, we have deactivated your panelist account, and you will no longer have access to log in, participate in surveys or other research programs, or redeem any rewards. This decision was made after a comprehensive review of your account(s) by our quality team and cannot be reversed. They do not explain what these terms are and already indicate that they will not review them. This is a very common practice of scam sites, "my site, my rules, you didn't read the terms", be very careful with this site. I usually use several panels and I've had several problems, including account blocking, which have already been resolved because the site where it happened was trustworthy. I do not recommend that you use this site (Points to Shop) as you will be wasting your time and falling for a scam, as you will not receive your rewards, as there will always be a barrier making the process difficult. This site is part of Cint, but I consider Cint a reliable company because I participate in other panels and they always solve my problems, that was the only reason for using this site even with the bad reviews, it's really a shame, now I'll pay more attention to the evaluations before participating in a new panel.

So before I cash out, I'm reading all these reviews about you not letting people cash out the earnings, AGAIN THEIR EARNINGS! You can't just take those away from people, so BEFORE you can tell me I'm using a "proxy" I've turned all off or actually never used one rwargless!

I will return with the results of the withdrawal!

Hum many aspects of the site no longer work nor have they for months, when you are waiting on an order that's late and send a ticket you wait and wait and are told it's because p2s is waiting on response from seller which is so untrue as I have had to contact many sellers in amazon and they only have 24 48 hours to respond. So it's indeed lack of quick support from p2s. If you every have a w-9 issue this can take weeks or 1 time for me a month to be fixed so you can withdraw your earnings. That all said they will when they get time fix your issues and you will always receive your ordered items or earnings it's just a matter of if you want to deal with ( when we get to it) mentality. And they have some really friendly Mods and people.

We are sorry to hear about your frustrations but hope that changes made since you posted this review will have improved your experiences on the site. We have made improvements to the site and are in the process of making further changes. For example, we have changed servers which resulted in faster load times. Our tech team is working very hard on these improvements and there are more changes on the way. We have also increased the number of support administrators working on support tickets. Tickets regarding account blocks are typically being replied to within 48 hours and most issues are resolvable with a few replies.

However, some issues such as amazon orders can take longer to fix because of the third party communication and the support team are also working on more than one case at a time. It is also important to note that whilst amazon requires sellers to respond within 24 hours to keep a good seller rating/score, not all sellers will adhere to this requirement. Support response times are extremely important and are actively being worked on and continuously improving. In regards, to your W-9 form, you can send that in via support ticket early to prevent future delays.

Point2Shop has very fun surveys on their website although many contain difficult survey qualifications. However I enjoy earning cash for my opinions and perceptions in my extra time. Had a little trouble cashing out high balances at the beginning of my membership, yet when my points increased I was able to cash out an automatic debit to my account within twenty four hours. Wish there were higher paying surveys available to take. Overall I enjoy reading contents and watching the videos. Surveys make the internet a better place.

When I first signed up to points2shop I was extremely sceptical about this site. I'd recently moved from a site called Lockerz (I'd had conflicts with them over getting a prize which resulted in me threatening legal action to cough up) so GPT sites weren't in my best opinion at that moment in time. But I searched around P2S and gave it a shot. When I first signed up, earned some really easy points and placed my first order! I was very impressed! Until they went and banned me. But unlike many internet noobs I sent in a support ticket and solved the problem with them civilly. It turned out my older brother had previously created an account with them. After verifying my ID they closed my brothers account (with his permission) and reopened mine. P2S may be strict on rules but this is just to make the experience fair for everyone. So if you do ever get banned just send in a ticket be nice and co-operative with them and the problem will get sorted!

Not only does P2S give you cool earning opportunities through doing surveys & offers but they host tons of competitions! You can win for referring people, earning the most, doing daily surveys, completing offers and competing in the team merit contest. I'd be lying if I told you the site was perfect, one criticism I have about the site is that communication of the admin to members about issues is awful and pretty much non-existent. No official messages or forum posts are given from the site. At the moment they have been "updating" to a new layout for months and there are so many technical issues. I get that they probably are working on thing. And occasionally in support tickets you do get "copy and paste" replies which don't answer your question. If technical issues and the problems with communicating were fixed all would be good. The new quality score system they have and the penalties they have for it is in my opinion far to strict. I understand wanting quality answers, but it's too strict and sensitive a system.

Despite the criticisms, P2S has not only given me the opportunity to earn some free stuff it's gave me a chance to meet some great people and become a part of a pretty decent online community. I would highly recommend checking it out and giving it a shot.
