www.pnjcom.com sucks! Do not buy from this company. They don't know if their coming or going. Waited one and a half months for a mother board that I never got. Their contact us phone number is never answered and when I did get someone they first said it was lost in the mail, second time they were to ship he could not even give me a tracking number. This company should be banned from the internet!

This so-called company is completely unresponsive to questions a customer may have. (where is my tracking number? When will you ship? Where is my invoice?) Instead of apologizing and complying they send you argumentative two sentence e-mails that do not answer your question. I have saved their correspondence and am willing to forward them to anyone who wants to know what kind of people they are. They ended up refunding my money rather than admit they had not shipped one week after the order. Class cannot be bought.

Overall, the product I recieved was exactly what I purchased online and was happy to recieve it. The shipping was horribly slow. It was supposed to only take 5-7 business days but ended up being 15 days total before I received my package in the mail. I was disappointed in that area, but the computer is great and now I am happy that I have it and thank you very much for providing me a computer that is top of the line, and affordable!

I ordered a motherboard for a pretty new computer. Got the board in the mail from these crooks, had my IT person install it and within 24 hours the video went out. I changed out monitors, cables, everything thinking that maybe that was the problem. IT person checked it out again and it was a bad motherboard. I left messages and emails and never got any reply. Finally, I bombarded them with more emails and i got a two word answer back from "VIC" that said, TRY MEMORY. I emailed back that the memory was ample and asked what their exchange policy was. He replied with a link, thats it. The link was to their website policy. Basicly, screwed. No refunds. No exchanges. So they couldnt call me, or write me or discuss. Just some ignorant response. And... the website has a million mispelled words and errors. Had I seen that, Id have never ordered from them. Problem is, I followed the link from a trusted IT friend who thought he had found a good price on the mother board I needed. THIS IS WHY I SPEND A LITTLE MORE AND BUY FROM REPUTABLE STORES AND COMPANIES!

I ordered a computer from this company and wanted a second hard drive and asked them to put the huge hard drive that came with it as a slave and ordered a smaller drive as the master. They did exactly what I asked with no extra charge. It took a little extra time to receive it due to that but not much time. I am thrilled with the computer so far. I have had it for a couple of weeks now and everything works fine. I have not needed to contact them since the purchase but they say that I can call anytime for help. Also I wanted windows Xp so I can use all of my software and hardware that I have and I had that choice when I ordered at no extra charge. I tried Dell and called them and they could not answer all of my questions but before I ordered this computer, I had talked to them and answered every question for me. I recommend this company to everyone.
