I've had investment on stock just before the first Friday at the month when the most important news coming out. Had a stop loss at 10.50 and it close me out at 10.80. Few minutes after went 100+%. Horrible experience. No support or whatsoever I've been told is normal.

I have closed 3 positions and they did not put the profit in my account. It has simply just disappeared and now Plus500 are giving me the run a round. I have had to make a formal compliant to the Australian financial complaints authority.

It was a certain agent of theirs that convinced to invest a large amount, a certain type of investment plan or whatever. Lost my money to trades I never authorised and the matter went on for several months claiming it was all my fault. Plus 500 are a regulated company.
However they are trading the markets against client funds.
They are manipulating the spreads and prices of instruments in their favour.
This limits the potential losses they would have and obviously reduces your chance of any profits or breakeven.
They say that their profits do not include customer losses. But it does.
They are not allowed do this under the obligations and hence you are trading against all other traders and also the manipulation tactics of plus 500.
It is a pandemic with this company.

I have an issue with withdrawal. And i raised ticket as of today almost 6 days over and no response from them. Now they disabled my live chat communiy. I contacted with seniore department and they are also making silence. I request everyone not to invest any fund for this platform

Being a scam victim can depressing, you were given empty promises. They usually stop replying after achieving their aim with hurts even more, i have been there too as i was too ambitious and wanted financial security which made me invest a chunk of my life savings. My time, energy and money was wasted by the agents from this firm, i went ahead to invest with them and it all ended in tears even though i ignored all the advise from my colleagues at work who was also a victim of this ponzi scheme. They stole my money with lies of crypto investment it was unbelievable, wouldn't even be here alerting others if Geminihacks -.- com didn't recover my funds for me.

If I could give 0 I would. They are complete and utter SCAM SCAM SCAM. They froze the app in multiple occasions while live trading and closed my positions on margin calls while trying to deposit telling me my bank refused while via debit card when just 5 min later £209 was deposited via APPLEPAY with the same card and because not require to be confirmed by them 2 times but only once the transaction went through but at that point I lost £1000 with 5 marginal calls coinciding with the exact times of deposits attempts. When I confronted them with screenshots and proof…they replied "it was investigated and we do not find and any issue with our platform please contact your bank to sort" I then understood I was waisting my time and decided to contact the FCA and all reviewing websites to make sure this hopefully does not happen to anyone else. STAY AWAY! Plus500 is an utter scam.
