Great experience with customer service. I ordered the wrong size and the rep was prompt in responding to my email and cancelling my initial order after I placed a second order. Money was refunded 3 days later. Perfect! The suit came in, and I love it. I do have to say that it's definitely not worth the full price amount though. $80+ for one of these suits is very steep. If I were going to spend that kind of money on a bathing suit, I'd go for a neoprene suit from Triangl. Just saying.

I had an issue with order non arrival due to an out of stock item. The reason for lack of arrival wasn't communicated until I enquired myself by email. Emails were responded to quickly but the promised refund was not forthcoming. However once I contacted the Facebook help team they were extremely helpful and efficient and resolved my issue almost instantly so can't fault their social team who did a great job. I hope to be able to upgrade my rating further when the bikini I've been assured will be sent arrives as I'm yet to be able to comment on the actual quality of the swimwear, hoping it's as great as they always look online
I ordered a Bikini in July, but the parcel didn't arrive. After a few weeks after placing my order, I got in contact with the customer service. They told me the order was shipped and I should allow a few more days until I receive my order.
In the end unfortunately the parcel never arrived, since the shipping company assumedly lost the parcel. The customer service was kind and Plumeria refunded my money quickly.
Had I read the reviews beforehand I probably wouldn't have bought anything from here based on the reviews about shipment taking forever, bad service ect.
But to my surprise my suit was shipped swiftly and arrive within 5 days.
I am happy with the over all color & material of the suit. However DO NOT BE FOOLED when they say "adjustable top"! I took advantage of their 50% off flash sale from Instagram. I don't really have complaints from a shipping perspective and i live in Australia. But the returns/exchange seems a little sketchy? I need an exchange with one of the two suits i ordered as the top is too big and the bottom too small. Their site also says "out of stock" for this suit. I have been trying to find out whether or not the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the return as well as then the shipping back out? If that's the case it will cost me more than i paid for the suit itself.
Also returns form says it is to be shipped to the U. S but it comes from Turkey? Super confused. Anyone had experience with shipping a return. Do i not bother and try to sell it on Ebay instead?
I am mostly happy with my purchase. The bottoms run very small like it said it would so I ordered up to a medium from my normal small and it fits perfect. I ordered my normal size small for the top and it's a little big but fits well enough so I'll. I wish the sizing was a little more consistent, perhaps then the top would fit better. But the product shipped in a reasonable time, although shipping was quite expensive.

I wanted to chance the sizes due to the reviews I read after muy parchase and although it was a little complicate to get an immediately answer I got it. I reach them through Facebook and It was the best way to get right away answers and help... The "online" chat in their page get some days to contact you. To summary> you can buy from this page with no issues or worries. About sizes, keep in mine the recommendation they do in the page or contact them if you are not sure (as I did, and it goes well). The quality of the product is OK!
