Problem identified and parts replaced. Radiators working again, but I'd need a sustained period of no further call outs before affording 5 stars. Ask me again in March.

Simon Welch and his assistant arrived on time all be it the following morning. They were polite and quickly found a broken part in the waste from the sink. They then visited a local plumbing store to get a replacement part, which they fitted and solved the problem all within an hour. They were polite and explained the problem so I could understand and left every thing clean and tidy. Would recommend plumbing force to all my friends.

Although they were later than they'd told me due to another job over running they communicated with me and kept me updated. Plumber who came was friendly and got on with the job. Kept me informed of what he was finding and what he was doing. Overall very satisfied with the job so far.

Simon, gave me good advice and explained the situation well. Although he was unable to carry out the repair on this visit. He is providing me with quotes for a permanent solution to the problem.

Limited access to pipe in wall and short length of pipe and joint made repair particularly difficult and 8mm
Pipe clearly difficult to work with as compression fittings failed to make watertight seal. The plumber
Persisted and increased pipe to 15mm by soldering various sections of pipe and fitted larger 15mm
Lockshield. If compression joints had been successful then time taken would have been halved but I appreciate effort made to resolve the issue and bring the radiator back into use.

Great service the engineer Steven was very polite and very helpful. I would recommend this company, the call out service was excellent.

My advice is to avoid this company like the plague, a gas fitter visited my house to fit a gas fire who appeared polite and friendly, he then viewed the fireplace and informed me there was a cavity in the wall and needed filling before the gas fire could be fitted, after ten minutes he left, when leaving I queried the cost and he informs me he would "sort it out in the van' 10 mins later I checked my telephone banking and £180 had been debited out of my account, I honestly believe I have been scammed, £180 for looking at a hole in the wall, I don't know how these people can look in the mirror in the morning don't they have a conscience? Disgraceful

The communication from plumbing force was brilliant with updates provided. The service was arranged swiftly and the work was completed there and then very efficiently.

I called for service from qualified engineer to remove old hotpoint washing machine pipes and got phone on my mobile number engineer with you in 1 hour of time slot agreed.

Quick and informative of work carried out.
A part needed to be replaced and a another visit, but that wasn't confirmed of when it would be carried out. Waiting for the day time to be confirmed.

Day of boiler failure (mid afternoon) contacted Plumbingforce and arranged an appointment for 10am-2pm the next day. No contact made by Plumbingforce by 1.20pm on the day arranged, so I contacted the help desk. Received a call back to say that the appointed engineer had 'gone home to sort out domestic problems' and would not be returning that day {Saturday), so there was no prospect for my boiler problem to be resolved until the following Monday. The help desk agent was extremely apologetic, but it meant that I had to suffer another two days of extremely cold weather without any heating (no service on Sunday). Now the good part! An engineer, Justin Sidhu, arrived on the Monday as promised and carried out a very professional examination and repair to the boiler. The service he provided could not be bettered and, within 40 minutes, my heating was once again functioning. So, initially a regrettable experience recovered well.

The booking process was a bit quirky with having to call and provide card details to confirm after chatting. However, I got a call to confirm times and the engineer was a top guy that was quick, clean and knowledgeable

I had a very bad leak coming from the very ancient rising main stop tap coming into my house. The plumber was quite unfazed, did an excellent repair and left everything clean and tidy. Very professional

Expert diagnosis, very efficient, a bit on the pricy side but we needed a rapid response so that is what you pay for.
If we had took more time to look for a local plumber perhaps it could have been half the price
